Check with Forster Tuncurry GOLF CLUB for fees (I recommend purchase of weekly "Honorary Membership" to save keen golfers green fees), It covers TWO 18 Hole courses & pays for itself in a couple of rounds.
For the rest of the family, a 3 man Canadian Canoe, along with Face Masks & Fins for 3, are available for your use on WALLIS Lake by arrangement.
The beach and lake really are as clean & clear as they look in photos (no photo shop touch-ups used at all).
Within a 10 minute drive, you'll find deep sea fishing, scuba diving, gymnasiums, squash, tennis, indoor aquatic centre, movie theatres, restaurants, ten pin bowling, lawn bowls, lake cruises and seasonally available scenic flights. Its even possible to fly directly into Wallis Island.
The seafood here is spectacular and we boast of the BEST OYSTERS IN THE WORLD (go on, argue with me after you've tried them).

Pets are welcome outside the fully carpeted home in fenced yard. Dogs off leash, are also permitted on One Mile Beach during Council Regulated time zones - "Fido" will love it too!

From a private entry you access the whole top floor of home which is 120m to Forster Golf Club House, 320m to One Mile Beach & walking distance to Club FORSTER and Forster Bowling Club, which includes TEN PIN Bowling.
KITCHEN equipped with Microwave, Rangehood, Dishwasher, Fan-forced Oven and full range of Crockery & Cutlery for 8 people.
LOUNGE ROOM seats 10, equipped with 46" HD TV, Home Theatre Sound, XBox 360 & Hi-Fi & 5 Seater Lounge (which could sleep 2 Kids).

The on-site Caretaker (me) will be available for MOST of your stay on short notice for those unforeseen mishaps, leaky taps or whatever!
I'm also happy to recommend some favourite eateries, fishing spots (SOME I can't reveal) and sight seeing trips if that takes your interest.
Weather, time & tides permitting, I'll even take you FISHING!! (Ever caught your own bait?)
I would ask that in order to avoid potential stress for BOTH parties, that your Airbnb profile be completed with telephone numbers and (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) verifications please. I've come to learn recently, that if a booking looks like a HOAX, it probably IS!

My First Aid qualifications have lapsed but happy to help if necessary. I do provide a fairly EXTENSIVE First Aid cabinet.
I do try to take myself to Newcastle to visit family for periods where guest stays allow BUT EVEN then I'm less than 2 hours away in the event of emergency.
PAYMENT & DEPOSITS
A refundable $350 security bond must be paid prior to the commencement of your stay.
The Balance of your rental is due for payment in FULL to Airbnb prior to keys being handed to you.
We have adopted the Strict cancellation policy suggested by Airbnb but we give you the following undertaking:
""If YOU cancel your booking - ANY PART of your booked holiday which we have received payment for, and which is subsequently then RE-LET to ANY other full paying guests, will be refunded to you at the rate of 75% of the RENTAL COMPONENT of your payment - this EXCLUDES Airbnb fees and other components of your payment which were not recoverable by us AND will be made SOLELY and WHOLLY at our DISCRETION!
We MAY choose to offer ALL or ANY PART of the 25% paid by and not refunded to you, as an incentive to ANY prospective guest during that unused portion of your stay. Acceptance of that incentive, if offered can ONLY be monitored by the "Airbnb "Site" Calendar."
YOU carry the onus of responsibility to MONITOR and CLAIM this entitlement by contacting us and by nominating the Bank Account details into which you want this refund paid. REFUND payments will ONLY be made by direct fund transfer into your nominated Bank Account.""
IF it becomes necessary to EVICT you from the premises for ANY reason, ANY COSTS associated with that eviction will be born by YOU!
None of YOU nor ANY MEMBER of your GUESTS may in any way be EVEN PART OF a "Schoolies" event!
You and your guests will or may be required to provide proof of Identity by way of Driver's Licence/s and/or Passport/s upon arrival please.
No pets or smoking inside carpeted house!
Smokers are welcome to use either front or rear patio/deck areas.
You are required to WASH OFF beach SAND PRIOR to entering the carpeted house.
No excessive noise any time showing always, normal consideration of neighbours please and no noise OUTSIDE the building after 9.30pm or before 8.30am.
No wet towels or clothing to be left inside (this is a semi-tropical climate and mould will breed VERY quickly). A clothes line and "horse" is available for your use.
Used towels and bed linen is to be left for laundering in baskets provided, at the end of each week and/or on leaving the premises.
You are required to separate your rubbish and place it into the council bins provided.
You are required to leave the house as you found it with the exception of bed linen and other items for laundering. A full range of cleaning products is provided for those little mishaps.
You are required to advise of the need for arrangements to be made for "bed wetters".
You are liable for postage to return any items of property you might leave behind.
You are liable for the loss of or damage to any goods or property provided in good faith for your use and enjoyment during your stay. All such goods remain OUR property at all times.
You are required to report the failure of any supplied equipment/goods/amenities within 12 hours to the resident caretaker or by phoning the property own(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
You must report use of FIRST AID Kit to enable replenishment of stock.
If you or any member of your party carry a communicable contact skin disease you MUST advise us to facilitate the appropriate treatment or disposal of material(s) at reasonable or negotiated cost to you, as we may be required by law to do, you may otherwise choose to provide that/those material(s) in lieu of use of ours.
In the event that our on-site caretaker is NOT present we reserve the right to appoint an alternative representative to carry out those duties and responsibilities. The nominal on-site Caretaker can be contacted by ph(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
We will provide fresh towels and bed linen at the end of each week - PLEASE use them as staining will otherwise result.
We will extend to you the offer of MATES RATES, a 15% DISCOUNT if you book for a future period PRIOR to leaving the premises on any one of your stays.
If you advise our on-site Caretaker of any problems/breakages, EVERY reasonable effort will be made to repair within 24 hrs ANY DEFECT in any amenity offered or replace same, should such amenity fail due to no fault of your own, or we will negotiate a reduction in your rental which will be commensurate with the loss of that amenity.
We give you our undertaking that everything provided in the house is FULLY functioning and fit for it's intended use at the time of your arrival.
