Our Verona master suite has a private access through the patio as well as a shared access through a lobby. Includes a full bath, large closet, queen bed, office desk, ATT Uverse 450 extended entertainment package, DVR, fast Wifi, weekly cleaning plus free toiletries and detergents. The package includes a private laundry facility and you may add a full kitchen for additional rent.

This perfect master Suite package is a great corporate suite or short term temporary suite for traveling nurses and professionals. With plenty of room to work or enjoy some down time, this suite can be adapted to suit various purposes.

This master bedroom suite is located at the ground level of a large 3 story townhouse that has two entrances. Our town-house is a one-of-a-kind, huge 10-year-old custom designed hilltop property with all the grace and charm of a villa. Take a stroll through the neighborhood and you’ll think you are living in a european city! Private, comfortable and secure, yet only minutes from everything the area has to offer.
This master suite has a private access through the patio and shared access through a lobby. This lobby provides access to this suite on the ground level and a one bedroom apartment suite on the first level. This lobby has a dining room table for your use.

Two accesses: A private patio access to master bedroom, and a shared access through the lobby to Verona's private laundry room, add on full private kitchen and the dining area. The ground floor lobby provides access to two units with maximum combined occupancy 5 guests. Only guests staying at Verona are allowed to use the dinning room table in the lobby.

1- No garage is available for this unit. Street parking only. We have had no complains about parking for the last 10 years.

2- The 2nd floor is street level, and this suite is located on the ground floor. Access is only available through the ground floor private patio access and shared access through the ground floor lobby.

3- Please let us know if you will work during nightshift.

4- Every room has a ceiling fan and the building is equipped with a central airconditioning system for heat and cold. One thermostat controls the ground and first level suite.

After Your Arrival

After check-in, we will provide you a property binder with all the keys and information you will need to have comfortable stay at our property.
Please do not begin unpacking until the walk-through is completed.
Browse through the property binder and review the Association Rules & Regulations for your community.
Please make sure we have your cell phone number and email.

This list is provided as a reminder of items you have agreed to within your contract.

>No smoking inside the unit, lobby, patios, the stairway, or in any of the common areas and walkways.
>No pets allowed inside the unit.
>Alcohol consumption is allowed only within the property limits, not in any of the common community areas.
>Keep main entry door and windows locked at all times. Never leave the main doors open and unattended.
>Close windows and lock patio and screen doors when you are going away.
>Keep patio screen doors closed when the patio doors are open.
>Double check the windows in the lobby and lock the main doors before going to bed.
>When cooking or using laundry, keep the ventilating fan running and the doors wide open to avoid smoke and fire alarms and lingering odors.
>Telephone is shared with the unit above your unit.
>No parking in front of the garage door.
>The AC/Heading Thermostat controls both floors or where Verona and Cortona are located. For your convenience, the system is set on Auto and the temperature is set on 69/76 F. If you are not comfortable with the temperature please let the manager know. For cooling you may shut down the AC supply register inside your room and use the ceiling fan.

>Do not move furniture from or within the house without prior permission from the property manager
>Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
>Use caution when using substances, which may stain linens, towels, walls and other surfaces such as counter tops.
>Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am on weekdays and 11:00 pm to 9:00 am on weekends. Please respect the noise levels in consideration for the neighbors specially the guest staying above your unit.
>Garbage including recyclable items should be bagged and left in the bins left by the street curve by 10 p.m. on Thursday night. Cardboard is to be collapsed and neatly stacked or it will not be picked up. Additional garbage pick up is available during the week. You will receive instruction during check in for mid week garbage pick up.
>Remove food particles from dishes before placing them in the sink or the dishwasher. This prevents kitchen sink blockage.
>Wireless Internet connection information as well as emergency contact information will be provided at the check in time.
>You will receive two sets of linens. Please feel free to wash your linens as many times as you would like.
>Please run the laundry equipment over night because it takes a few hours to dray clothing.
You may use the lobby dinning room table exclusively.

One light weekly cleaning will be provided on weekdays mostly on Tuesday. You will receive the housekeeping schedule at the check in time. Before the cleaning crew arrives, please:
>Load the dishwasher, leaving no soiled dishes in the sink or on counter-tops.
>Clear clutter from the areas, which need to be dusted and vacuumed.
>Store personal items, cell phones and computers in a drawer or closet and valuables in a Safe.
>Parking is prohibited between 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. on the hillside of Casselino Dr.

>Contact us at least a day before your move out date to make an appointment for the walk through and check out(URL HIDDEN)>Plan to meet with one of our staff at check out time.
>Pack and remove all belongings from the Unit before the walk through.
>Inspect the property including under the beds, drawers, closets, cabinets, bathrooms, etc. to make sure nothing is left behind.
>Collect all keys, parking permits, property binder, printer driver Cd's, instructions and any other content that was provided by us at the check in time.
>Return accessories such as remote controls to their original locations.
>Use a large trash bag to bag the soiled towels and another one to collect the pillow covers and linens. Please do not mix. Please leave these bags in the closet.
>Bag and leave any garbage in the bins in the garage or by the gate area.
>Please leave the premises, especially the kitchen(s), so that no extra housekeeping will be required after departure.
>List all broken, missing and misplaced items for which you are responsible.
>List additional charges (extra guests, Pay-Per-View TV, international phone calls, etc.)
>Close all windows and lock all patio doors but leave the bedroom doors unlocked.
>Turn off bedroom and hallway lights, heating or air conditioning,
