MAYFAIR COURT - THE APARTMENT
Mayfair Court is a newly built luxuriously finished 3 bedroom modern apartment in a small private block situated on the first floor in one of Swieqis quiet residential streets.
This fully air conditioned property is well appointed with all ameneties all designed to make your stay in Malta a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable one.
The entrance of the property leads into a large bright and spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining area which is great for entertaining or chilling out after a lazy day at the beach
There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and cooker. You will also find a microwave, a kettle and all crockery required for your stay.
There is a large corner suite sofa and a large 42" flatscreen TV. Free wifi and Satellite is offered throughout the duration of your stay. This room also leads to a small front balcony.
The spacious bathroom has a corner suite and integral shower. There you will also find a washing machine.
The three tastefully decorated guest bedrooms are all air-conditioned and you will be presented with fresh bedlinen and a set of towels per guests upon arrival.
The fully furnished master double bedroom benefits from its own en-suite shower/toilet
There are also two further fully furnished bedrooms - one a twin bedroom and one single bedroom both fully airconditioned

Mayfair court is managed and hosted on behalf of the owner by David at Compass Property Management
David will arrange your checkin with one of his hosts who will greet you upon arrival at the apartment and show you round.
Check in is between 2pm and 6pm.
OUT OF HOURS/LATE CHECK IN
Kindly note that since this service are not offered directly by the owner, check in outside of normal working hours (9am - 6pm) or on a Sunday will incur an additional charge of £40.00 to cover the administrative cost. Please advise us of your flight details and if you will be arriving after 6pm or on Sunday.
We can organise transfers from Malta Luqa Airport directly to the apartment.
We use Ecabs Malta who are the best taxi company - just let us know in advance and we will send you the details of costs based on your requirement.
Alternatively if you are driving we will send you (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Sat Nav directions that you can enter into your phone and will take you straight to the apartment

David will also be available throughout your stay should there be anything you need to ensure that you stay is a comfortable one.
Check out is at 11am on day of departure
Late check out requests (up to 4pm) will be considered but need to be requested at time of booking and will be subject to availability. There will be a £30 fee to cover later cleaning working hours.
A £1000 Damage Deposit will be held by Airbnb in advance of your stay.
This will be refunded once your booking is complete and no damage is reported/verified once David checks the apartment upon your check out.
Unfortunately due to the high cost of electricity in Malta we have to charge for use of the AC and heating (also provided by AC units)
We do not include this in our basic accommodation cost as some guest would prefer not to use or pay for it.
We do recommend to guests that the AC is taken as an option during Summer (April-Oct) because it can hot and humid.
AC usage is charged at a rate of £5 per day.
Heating is recommended during the colder months (November - March). Again this is charged at £5 per day.
Please advise in advance if you need this for your stay so we can connect it.
There is a cleaning charge of £40 per booking.
A mid stay clean of the whole apartment can be arranged during your stay for an additional charge (see optional extras).
Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival.
Additional bedlinen or towel changes can be arranged during your stay if required for a additional charge (see optional extras)
There is ample free parking on the surrounding streets.

We expect all our guests to treat Mayfair Court in the same way as they treat their own family home. Any damage will be photographed and costs incurred will be taken from the deposit accordingly.
