The two bedrooms Apartment makes the first floor of my semi-detached house which is situated behind the wide building facing the street above the Main Dubrovnik Beach. It has an excellent location, in Ploče area, close to Hotel Excelsior and 5 minutes walk from the Old Town. Banje Beach are 2 minutes away from the flat, 30 metres descending the stairs. To reach the main road which leads to the Old Town, Banje Beach, markets, etc there are only 65 stairs from the apartment.
The Apartment is categorized with 3* and can accommodate 4 persons. It is newly renovated, 45 m2 with air-conditioning, two bedroom (one with a pullout sofa width: 160cm, length: 200 cm, other with a double bed 160cmx200cm)), TV set, small kitchen, microwave, and all that you need for cooking), dining table and 4 chairs. The bathroom has a tub, shower, washing machine. We have Wifi Internet, which is free of charge for you. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
We provide an adapter/converter (Universal International for plugs from UK, USA, Asia, Australia, Middle East) for European wall sockets, UPON REQUEST.
No private parking space.
At the back of the apartment is a 3 level terrace terrace with the view to the Old Town where you can sit and eat or sunbathe. The highest level terrace has 80 square metres.
The apartment is newly renovated, 50m2 with air-conditioning, kitchen, and all that you need for cooking.
The Old Harbour is 10 min walk and from there you can take a boat to the Island of Lokrum (every half an hour) or go to Elafiti Islands.
If you arrive by plane, take the Airport bus (35kuna) and go to Pile to enter the gate of the Old Town, go through the main street Stradun, and go ahead to the end gate to enter Ploce where you go straight to the Banje Beach to enter the big building with the address: Supilova (FRANA SUPILA) No.21 , 3rd floor, Mr Pero Dangradovic who will take you to the apartment. It is shown in the picture that is a screenshot from (website hidden) Earth.
You do the same if you arrive by bus to the Dubrovnik Main Bus Station (GRUŽ Harbour) from where you take the local bus 1a or 1b to arrive to Pile, or if you wish to walk less with your luggage, you take the local bus No.8 and take off at the next stop after the CABLE CAR STATION (the same place where you will wait for the Airport Bus when you will be departing from Dubrovnik if you are taking a airplane), walk ahead for 3 minutes and descend the stairs of the SUNČANA ULICA (i.e. street) all the way down to enter the big building to arrive to Mr Dangradovic, 3rd floor.
If you arrive by ship, Main Bus Station is in front of the ship (GRUŽ Harbour), and do the same as explained above.
The guests have access to the terrace behind the apartment where they can sunbathe or have their meals in a deep shade.

If the guests wish, I give them information about the town and the neighborhood and answer to whatever interests them. Most important for us is that the guests depart satisfied wishing to come back!
A) Please do not lie about the number of persons that sleep in the apartment! We always find out! There is an extra cost for every extra guest after two guests. If you lie about the number of persons sleeping in the apartment we will notify Airbnb and we will CHARGE DOUBLE for every extra guest!
B) The terrace can only be used by the people renting the apartment. It can not be used by any other people or by any other guests from my other apartments. The noise should be down especially at the terrace after 10 PM. No parties allowed.
C) Guests should arrive from 14.00 till 22.00 (only in exceptional cases they may arrive earlier and later than these but should inform me at least 3 days in advance).
In any case, our latest check in time is at 23:59 (i.e. before midnight)! If the guests are not sure if there are going to make it before midnight, they can take a taxi or an Uber which are much quicker than a bus.
D) Guests should leave the apartment no later than 10 a.m.
E) Guests should keep the noise down after 10 pm because there are a lot of people living around.
F) Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed in front of the apartment, on the terrace.
G) The air condition device should be turned off while guests are absent from the apartment and the windows closed when they use it. The guests should take care not to enter the apartment with the sand and small pebbles from the beach.
1.Please do not leave crumbs or food on the table or on the floor because it will attract ants. Take away garbage bags in a dust bin 50 metres away from the apartment on the road towards the Old Town, on your right hand side.
2.If you wish to have hot water in the bathroom please TURN ON the switch for BOILER where the switch for light is, outside the bathroom door. (Do not turn on the switch for heating, please!)

I live in Zagreb with my son Stefan and the two of us are responsible for communicating and coordinating with our guests via Airbnb, our e-mail or mobile phone. Our two assistants Mirjana Đangradović and her husband Pero Đangradović live in Dubrovnik whose home is in the large building in front of our house. They are the ones who welcome guests and lead them to the apartment. Since they are also neighbors to the apartments they can help in person and in a short notice. Mirjana Đangradović is also in charge of cleaning the apartments and preparing them for the guests. Her husband Pero Đangradović takes care of the gardens and is a handyman who can repair things if necessary.
The job of four of us is to ensure that our guests have a great stay in Dubrovnik, so if you need anything feel free to contact me via Airbnb, my mail or mobile phone (my number starts with +385 98). If you can not reach me at the moment you can also call my son via his mobile phone (his number starts with +385 91). And of course you can always knock on the door of family Đangradović, they will be happy to help you.
