I'm sorry our place didn't meet your standard or expectation. I am not sure if you have stayed in an air bnb before as you do not have any reviews but it is not the same as a hotel. We are a family and this is a brownstone and not a professional hotel. Laundering towels for guests is not something I do as part of my listing. I refer people to the local laundry service that does pick up and delivery for 1$ a pound if they have things that need to be washed. However, when you asked me to wash your towels after the 2nd day, I happily did so. When you wanted to check in early, I also accommodated you. I do the best I can do for my guests is be responsive to them right away when something is needed. In my hundreds of reviews everyone says that is the case. For example, one guests said I had too many keys, so I changed all the locks so that future guests would only need 2 keys total for the flat. Last month had the entire apartment repainted with fresh paint. I do my best. I’m sorry you saw in necessary to be my first unfavorable review.
