There are two (3 Bed) apartments here on Newport's Main St. This is third floor unit, "Alice" Bright, spacious living room, eat in kitchen, parking, new paint & carpet, fully furnish, wireless, smart TV, Apple TV, Blue Ray, parking, just steps from about 10 restaurants. I prefer to rent weekly, but will consider two day off season and three day in season rental. I find the pricing and dates options on here tough to manage so e-mail me about availability and pricing.

" Gracie Mansion" as we call this home has two separate three bedroom apartments, 'Rosie' & 'Alice'. You can rent one or both depending on your number of guests.
Parking, grill, internet, washer/dryer, smart TV, bikes, ironing board, toiletries, hair dryer, are all included. Professional cleaning is $125 and the security deposit is $500. Bring a personal check with you at check-in and i'll give it back to you at check out (provided everything is good).
We also can do a grocery shopping for you, recommend local services, provide our babysitters (we have two young children), and generally assist you in any way. We live right here in the community year round. Both my office at Remax and my home are approx. 1/8 of a mile from this rental.
There are 6 restaurants within one block of this building.
Please note I do not rent by the day. I have a three day minimum in the off season and seven day minimum in season.
My rates are $(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) per week, depending on week. You can rent one apartment or take both depending on number of guests. The minimum rental period is one week so even if you are only here for weekend, it is a weekly rental.
If it is the off season or last minute and I am vacant feel free to contact me with terms that are less than asking price or less than seven days.
This site is difficult to both manage and navigate as far as the calendar, pricing and bookings go. I have had many issues. If I rent Folk Fest week (July 18-25th) for $3000, no I'm not going to rent to you for Friday and Saturday of that week for $700. I don't care what this site quotes you. For the most part I rent by the week or weekend for $(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) in the off season (Nov-April) and $(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) a week for in season or prime summer weeks. We provide welcome baskets with local info, fresh fruit, bottle of wine, chocolates, gift certificates to restaurants, free coffee, soap etc. We provide bikes, beach chairs, pack n play, bike child seat, even stroller if needed free of charge. This unit has 1 queen and 4 twins and a pull out couch and as such can sleep 6-8. However, there is a local ordinance indicating there cannot be more than 5 unrelated persons on a lease, so please be aware of that when booking.
