Spacious, comfortable, private apartment in trendy Three Anchor Bay. Perfect location to explore Cape Town's many tourist attractions. Ideally situated, safe and central - on a Mycity bus route. Sea Point's well-known Promenade is 800m and the V&A Waterfront 2,6km away. We'll move out of the apartment for your stay, but the single, light-maintenance cat is a live-in resident, although we are open to change arrangements to suit you.
This is our home, filled with things that are precious to us. We'd appreciate it if guests would treat it with care, too. Courtesy to neighbours is a prerequisite.
If you break something valuable, the cost will be taken off the security deposit.
We'll leave you a bottle of wine to enjoy, but if you drink the alcohol you find in our liquor cabinet, we expect you to replace it or pay for it.
Light cooking is allowed. All dishes to be cleaned and packed away after use.
No smoking or wild parties. Cannabis/pot/weed and all other recreational drugs are illegal and can result in your arrest. Don't do drugs.
Alcohol may be consumed, but drunkenness and complaints about rowdy behaviour by neighbours will be taken seriously and may result in your eviction.
For liability reasons, guests may not bring any visitors or any others to our home at any time, for any length of time. Only those individuals who are registered guests, whose full names have been provided in advance and who have been paid for in advance, may enter the premises. No other individuals may be on my property unless pre-arranged with the owner.
In the case of significant violation of house rules, the reservation will be immediately terminated and all fees and monies paid will be forfeited.

My husband and I were born and bred in Cape Town and always make sure that we live within sight of Table Mountain, one of the 7 wonders of the modern world.
Because we have no kids, we've had opportunity to do volunteer work from time to time, travel a bit and live a simpler life, filled with people, places and experiences. I work in the book publishing industry and Greg in telecommunications and related systems. Our base is in Sea Point, a popular tourist destination with visitors from all over the world. We have a second dwelling that we often rent to visitors.
When we travel, we both enjoy art galleries, art movies and artful conversation, pop, rock, blues and classical music, theater and strange sites to put on Instagram. We are easily pleased, laid-back and quietly satisfied with looking and learning from other countries and cultures. People are fascinating and human relationships captivating. It gives us great pleasure when we have discussions about history, socio-economic issues and possible solutions to finding peace on this uniquely placed planet in the magnificent universe.
While saving and planning our next trip, we live with our three cats by the motto: Do unto others as you would them do unto you.
