This bright 2-bed apartment with south-facing deck is located on a quiet street close to where it's all going on. Walk to the bars, restaurants and galleries of Dundas West and Parkdale in 5 to 15 mins. Enjoy the space as your home away from home.
This 2-bedroom apartment has high ceilings, large windows, and lots of natural light. Spread over the top two floors of a 100+ year-old house, it has two double bedrooms and a south-facing deck on the 3rd floor, and a living-room, bathroom, and open-plan kitchen/dining-room on the main floor. It has original hardwood floors throughout and a recently updated kitchen and bathroom.
You will have full use of the apartment for the duration of your stay, including the deck on the 3rd floor. You are also welcome to use the front porch of the house - a nice spot to sit and watch the world go by. There is a second apartment, spread over the main and basement levels of the house.

I'll leave you to your own devices if that's what you prefer, but am also available to give suggestions and recommendations for places to eat/drink/be entertained in the neighbourhood or in the city as a whole. Try me! Being a tour guide is fun.

Leave it as you found it, and would hope others to leave it for you.
Sorry, no pets. And no smoking indoors.
A Brit who now calls Canada home, I'm a freelance books columnist, editor and literary event publicist. So yeah, I like books.
I'm a considerate house guest who believes in leaving things as you would hope to find them, and a friendly and accommodating host.
I can't live without: something to read (of course), BBC Radio 4, singing (just for fun), vintage dresses, my bike in the summer and my skates in the winter, and my husband and our baby boy all year round.
