We are just steps away from Montana Avenue's exquisite coffeehouses, boutiques and restaurants. Across the street, there is Starbucks and other coffeehouses, Whole Foods Market, YogaWorks and the Aero Movie Theatre. You will be delighted by a 10-12 minute leisurely walk to the beach.

Our family owned 6-unit condominium building at 813 15th Street was completely remodeled inside and out in 2005-2006 by myself—an Architectural Designer and General Contractor.
I have been hosting 3 Fully Furnished units, a 2 bedroom and 2 three bedrooms, since 2006 and have had the pleasure of meeting numerous guests from all around the world—some now friends and repeat clients.
I live off of the property at present, but can come to help when needed. My mother still lives in the building and is available to help our guests quickly as needed.
As for check in, the door is left unlocked and keys are inside and my guests can self check-in. I am familiar with the area and am always available to recommend places and activities that you may be looking for.

My booking procedure is simple. No rental application is required. My lease contract is emailed to you already signed by me and after review you can sign and return it to me by mail or email. Booking deposit is only $1500, which becomes your security deposit upon move-in. Self check-in is always available so you can arrive and check in at any time, day or night. Rent is due within 2 days after check-in.
