Unfortunately, we found it difficult to repair the air conditioning, which is now fully functional, which is why we made a reimbursement despite our efforts. The linen on the site is not included in the price, but is available upon payment; in fact, as we recall, we exchanged messages in which we had agreed a fee related to the rent of linen. Also we publicly acknowledge the error, the lack on procuring toilet paper; in our heart we are focused on putting the customer at ease on other aspects.
