Live like a Seattleite. In the heart of downtown Seattle, our location is rated a “walker’s paradise” with a 96 out of 100 walkability score. Next to the Washington State Convention Center, 8 blocks from the Pike Place Market, near all major medical facilities (ie. Virginia Mason, Swedish Hospital, Polyclinic, Harborview Medical Center, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center) and the central business district, our location is ideal whether you are staying in Seattle for business, vacation or medical treatment. This two bedroom condo is approximately 800 sq. ft. It will sleep up to six with a king bed in one bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The twin beds can be put together to form a king upon request. The condo has one bath with a full tub and shower and a second bath with shower only. All amenities including wireless internet are included. Portable air conditioners are provided in the condo May through September. We do not provide local phone. We do have a Blu Ray DVD so bring your Netflix or Amazon Prime account and never miss your favorite show. Parking is not included but available for an additional fee if needed.
As our guest you will have access to the Rooftop deck with it's gorgeous city views, a coin operated laundry room on the 2nd floor and a game room with pool table.

We are a small family run business managing several downtown furnished condos. We pride ourselves on our personal service and will meet you at the building, get you checked in and answer any questions you may have. We are also available to you anytime during your stay. We have a strictly enforced 3 night minimum for all reservations (required by the Homeowners Association); We also have a strict no smoking and no pets policy; Parking, portacribs and cleaning services during your stay are available for an extra fee. Please ask in advance for these additional items; Please arrange your check-in time at least a week in advance. Our check-in hours are 3-10pm. If available, we are happy to arrange check-ins as early as noon at no extra charge. There is a $50 fee for check-ins before noon or after 10pm. There is a $75 charge for non-returned keys, fobs, remotes and parking permits. You will be asked for valid credit card information at check-in to guarantee return of keys, fobs, remotes and parking permits. After requesting and confirming details of your reservation you will be provided with a lease agreement to sign and return. We are happy to answer any questions you have about this agreement. We do not check in guests without a signed agreement and payment for any additional options not covered by the Air BNB contract.
Our property is in a residential condominium complex which is home to the vast majority of owners. We hope our guests are respectful at all times. All guests will be asked to sign a lease agreement upon acceptance of their reservation. Our condos are not rented out for parties nor can they be used as a place of commerce. Large numbers of people coming and going from the condo and/or excessive noise may be grounds for termination of your lease agreement. Our guests are asked to use common sense and consideration of other residents in keeping noise at a reasonable level at all times. Please avoid boisterous or noisy activity in the hallways especially if you are coming in late at night. In compliance with the City Noise Ordinance, special attention must be given to noise control during the hours between 10PM and 7AM. Obnoxious or offensive activities are prohibited and civil behavior towards others in the building is expected. There is no smoking of any kind allowed in our condos, the common areas or within 25 feet of the building. Our Lessees are responsible at all times for the reasonable conduct of their family members and guests. The building staff do not work for us so we ask that any questions or concerns that might come up during your stay be directed to our staff at Seattle Suites.

We are a small family run business dedicated to providing the personal service and accommodations that will help you love Seattle as much as we do. Becki started this business to have more time at home after years of international travel as a management consultant with Microsoft. We now enjoy personal travel with our younger children, especially to London to visit our older son and his family. We have learned first hand how important a comfortable bed, a kitchen, good location and personal service can be when traveling for business or pleasure.
