Другие важные подробности
*Smoking outside only please.
*No additional guests without consultation.
*You will need to confirm your identity through AirBnB to make a booking.
*Airport Transport depends on the time of day that you arrive. Outside peak hour, public transport (for 2) is roughly the same price as a cab. (This is due to overpriced tickets on the airport train line)
During peak hour you'll be cheaper to catch a train & bus. It'll cost $17.80 each to get a train to "Town Hall" then once outside (on the corner of Druitt & Kent streets) you can catch any bus ($2.30 each) and get off at the first stop which will be at the end of the ANZAC Bridge. From here my place is approx. 300m walk.
If you get an "Opal" card from the airport, these prices will be cheaper still. "Opal" is the new pre-paid public transport option similar to a credit card but charges you less to travel.
*You're expected to clean-up after yourself.
*No parties please, this unit is set amongst a small block of 4 other units, two of which contain families with children.
*I shouldn't really need to list any rules but basic common courtesy and respect should sum everything up.
*Please remember that this is my home and you're expected to respect the property.
*I'd ask that the property be left in a reasonably clean condition.
