Nice 110m² rooftop apartment, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, wi-fi internet, cable TV, microwave, fully equipped kitchen with water cooler, sandwich maker, blender, 8 steel lockers with keys in all of them. We have two dorm-style bedrooms each with two bunk beds, one private bedroom suite, living room with every comfort for our guests, plus a dining room and terrace with hammocks. We change your bed linens on a weekly basis, and we rent bath towels and blankets. For greater safety of our guests have eight steel lockers with locks, not to mention that we always have staff on site to keep everything organized and clean. In the kitchen we offer reserved spaces in the refrigerator and cabinets for guests to store their food and cooking items. We charge per day for R$50 (Brazilian currency) per person, with breakfast included. We offer lunch as well in addition to the daily rate. Every Friday night we a free tour around Lapa with our guests.In addition to our basic services, we offer laundry services for our guests at a rate of R$4 per regular clothing item and R$8 for towels and heavier clothing. The apartment is located immediately next door to a huge supermarket, 2 minutes walk to a Metro station, and near many buses with routes that get you to all areas of the city. It is one of the neighborhoods closest to the “downtown” business-district city center, and access to beaches can also be done within 15 minutes on the Metro. I have all kinds of essential services right around the block (bakery, supermarket, street market selling fresh produce, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, laundromats, pubs, bars, health food store, dance school, and much more!)The location is a very friendly and safe residential neighborhood, close to some very interesting tourist attractions such as the Tijuca Forest (the largest urban forest in the world). The world famous Maracanã football stadium is a 5 minute walk from home. A five minute taxi ride away is “Quinta da Boa Vista” - a magnificent and large park that hosts a historical royal palace that served as a residence for the Portuguese royal family when it moved from Lisbon to Rio in the 19th century. Close by we also have the “Feira de Tradições Nordestinas” (Northeastern Traditions Street Market) - a popular market where you can buy unique crafts and enjoy various stage presentations of regional music, in addition to a wide variety of all types of culinary delights.In summary, here you'll be close to fantastic attractions and have easy access to the city's most famous sites, and feel comfortable and secure to enjoy all of our home-style hospitality.
