Formerly a maple sugar shack with high ceilings, a gas log stove and radiant floor heating. The interior is rustic, full of warmth and charm. Private location, just 5 minutes from Brattleboro. A great anniversary get away!
The Sugar House is tucked into the hillside just below the Scott Farm heirloom apple orchard, home to nearly 100 varieties of heirloom apples and very hungry eager deer looking for a "free lunch"! It is a quiet spot bordered by lilacs and thick grove of maple and other hard woods.
You will have the house to yourselves and it is fully furnished and sports a complete kitchen and full complement of bed & bath linens. The gas fireplace and radiant floor heating offer a warm and cozy retreat from serious winter temperatures.

Другие важные подробности
The area is rich in diversions; art museums, local artisans, violin makers, regionally renowned childrens' theater, first class orchestra, dairy farms, cheese makers, day lily gardens, and of course the rivers, West & the Connecticut.
You can bring your dog but please clean up the yard. We only ask that you respect the check in & check out times as someone else may be using the property and the housekeeper needs enough time to ready the house. Otherwise, have a wonderful stay!!
