This eclectic 2 bedroom 1912 LA home has sweeping views city views of Silverlake, Echo Park and downtown from the privacy of the backyard! Walking distance to Sunset Blvd, Dodger Stadium, Sunset Junction, restaurants, music venues and much more!
This beautiful home offers the convenience of being centrally located to Hollywood, Downtown, and numerous shops and restaurants in Silverlake. It is the main building on the property of two rental units (there is a small studio with its own private entrance and own fenced in patio to the right of the lower patio). Each unit is independent of one another and each affords ample privacy and comfort.
There are hardwood floors throughout, spacious, granite countertops, new appliances, WiFi and much more. The house is bright, with plenty of windows throughout the house, which give it an open, airy feeling but still maintains privacy. The front door opens to the spacious LIVINGROOM, where you will find plenty of comfortable seating, A/C, a stereo, record player, flat screen TV, and a Baby Grand piano.
The KITCHEN, which is spacious and open features plenty of counter space for cooking, new appliances, and comes fully stocked with cutlery, dining ware, cutlery and cookware. There is a seated counter area which also allows for informal dining.
The formal DINING ROOM is adjacent to the living room, just through a set of French doors. There is a table and seating for four (additional seating available), for more formal meals during your stay. Just outside the second set of french doors, is a front deck, with sweeping views of the neighbored.
There are tow BEDROOMS in the house that have a queen and full size bed. Both have spacious closets and bureaus, so that you may unpack and relax a bit during your stay. The house comfortably sleeps four adults, but additional bedding options are available-- just ask!
Off the hallway there are two BATHROOMS. The full bathroom features a full tub, for relaxing soaks and a beautiful and serene tiled wall. The second bathroom, which does not include a shower or tub, in fact houses the WASHER and DRYER. You won't have to worry about hauling laundry to the mat during your stay!
Through the backdoor, there are two comfortable outdoor patio areas. The lower area includes plenty of seating and a table for dining al fresco (yes you can do that pretty much year round in LA).
There is a SECOND RENTAL UNIT on the right of the lower patio. Guests access that unit through their own private entrance.
The upper area houses a relaxing hanging hammock, additional seating, a fire pit and BBQ. You could easily find yourself enjoying a warm evening while taking in the beautiful skyline.
Keys and instructions on how to enter are available upon booking. The house shares the driveway with a neighbor, but offers one off-street parking spot for your convenience. There is also plenty of street parking available in front of the house. No permits or parking restrictions apply... you shouldn't have any problems if you are traveling with more than one vehicle. There is locked storage shed in the far back of the property that is not accessible to guests. Again, please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, concerns or the like!

I am just a phone call away-- I live just a few minutes down the street. I like to offer as much privacy as possible to guests, but am available as often as needed. I may pop over during your stay to check the mail or such. Should you need anything during your stay-- extra towels, sheets, or should you have questions about appliances, or the how to operate the BBQ, or just anything at all-- please do not hesitate to message me. No question, no problem is too small.

The fully fenced backyard garden is great for well behaved dogs. I ask that you please pick up after your animal appropriately and be courteous of neighbors and the long term tenant who lives on the property.
PETS: Please let me know beforehand if you plan to bring your pet with you (there is an additional cleaning fee). If you do have your dog with you, please be mindful of their behavior-- no pets are allowed on the furniture or left unattended for too long. Unfortunately, we CANNOT ACCOMMODATE CATS as guests, please inquire beforehand if you plan to bring your pet with you.
SMOKING: is permitted outdoors only. Please use an ashtray and empty the ashtray in the outdoor bins, not indoors.
Please be respectful of neighbors... the house does share a DRIVEWAY with neighbors.
Should you need anything-- anything-- during your stay, just ask! Please! I am literally a few minutes away.
