Our welcoming two bedroom cosy unit is a four minute walk to the stunning Kāpiti beach or the cute Raumati Village shops. Walk to cafes, or jump on the short bus ride to Paraparaumu train station that will take into Wellington CBD in 45 minutes.
This home is comfortable and well appointed in a prime location with the beach, parks, amenities and shops all close by. It's quiet with a small garden out the back to relax in.
The guest room is compact and quiet and while there is only one shared bathroom, it is right next to the guest room so is quite private. Linen and towels are included in the price, as is tea and coffee.
Free Wi-Fi and shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. There is a heat pump in winter.

As a New Zealander I've been a traveller many times and appreciate the difference that a warm welcome in a home can make when you are on the road. . When I'm home in New Zealand I enjoy making and eating Italian food, reading, walking on the fabulous Kāpiti beach and watching live music and theatre. There is no context in which I will say no to gyoza, if offered to me and I love British comedy and single malt whiskey.
