Me and my girlfriend stayed 13 nights in Kohki's place. Flat was very beatifuly arranged and placed in peacefull Umegaoka neighbourhood, easy access to Tokyo center by train. Flat was clean and spacious. Price was good too. BUT all this advantages are covered by one quite BIG PROBLEM. Kohki seemed very nice and communicative person, he was out of Tokyo for work. He was very hard to reach, and there was feeling of language barrier in english (we tried japanese too) . We needed urgent to alterate our reservation TO MAKE IT SHORTER and we sent alteration request in time described in AIRBNB regulations, and asked him to accept it in time, to get refund. He said "ok" for alteration but didn't accept it through AIRBNB system. When we asked for refund he was messaging "now I'm busy, lets talk about it later". We were messaging with him nicely later during our stay everything seemed ok, we wanted to solve this problem later after he will be back from work abroad. How disapointed we were when we got message: "Hi I'm sorry . I can not accept your offer. Cause I rejected some reservations for you. I hope you will understand." We thaught he was just to busy to look into AIRBNB and contact as but it's weird that he managed to"reject" some other reservations, but he "couldn't" accept our reservation alteration (as he was claiming in messages) In general: flat is great, but service very dissapointing. Kohki was very hard to contact, which we could forgive if he would be helpful when he was less busy. We wanted to make our stay shorter to save money (as we all know Tokyo is expensive place) and at the and we stayed shorter but we lost a lot of money for days that we didn't use Kohki's flat at all. Sorry to write that :-( hope that maybe this will appear as one big misunderstanding because of language barrier, and I could rewrite this words later. Tomek
