Our recently renovated 2 bedroom + den townhouse is centrally located on a quiet street, just one block from transportation to UBC, Stanley Park and Downtown. Enjoy a short summer stroll to Granville Island, Kits beach, shopping, and restaurants!
Our home is a recently fully renovated 3 level, 1250 sq. ft (116 sq. metres) townhouse.
There is a lovely, private patio off the living room and a large balcony off the 3rd floor bedroom. We enjoy bbq'ing on the ground floor patio…the propane tank will be filled and ready to go for you!
Speaking of cooking- the kitchen comes with everything you will need to cook with - even some ingredients :) The N'espresso machine will serve you a delicious coffee in the morning if you prefer breakfast at home.
In the evenings, the wood burning fireplace in the living area is nice to use while relaxing in front of the tv or reading in both winter and summer.
We installed heated stone tile floors on the main floor, hardwood on the 2nd floor and carpet on the upper bedroom floor. Both full bathrooms also have heated (URL HIDDEN) nice when you are getting out of the shower or bath...
The washer and dryer are full sized and you are welcome to use them…detergent will be there for your convenience :)
There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a single over double bunk bed. In addition, the family room comfortably holds a queen size air mattress (we will gladly provide if you would like).
Our home comfortably fits 4-5 people and it will accommodate up to 7. Families are welcome!
No need to worry about parking spots…we have a spot immediately in front of our front door!
