Ride, run, or hike out the door! Forty miles of trail and the Blue Ridge Parkway are seconds away from your private entrance. Ten to twelve minutes to hip West Asheville and culture-rich downtown Asheville. Just a couple of minutes from the North Carolina Arboretum and access to the French Broad River.
Lovely, spacious apartment in Bent Creek Neighborhood just walking distance to the entrance of Pisgah National Forest. Your space has 2 comfy full beds (one is a real bed, the other a pullout sofa with a memory foam mattress), a full bath with local handmade soap as well as local shampoo and conditioner, and an outdoor patio overlooking the wooded backyard. The kitchen contains a fridge, toaster oven, microwave, coffee and tea pots, and a hotplate for cooking. Coffee and tea are provided. There is a bike wash area to clean and dry bicycles if you are here to ride the trails, as well as indoor space to tuck them away and keep them locked up. There is an outdoor patio with Adirondack chairs and the entire backyard is yours to lounge in. This unique space is the downstairs floor of our home.
You have your own private entrance at the back of the house. There are solar lights to guide you down the walkway to your entrance, and there is a lock box with keys so that you can come and go as you please. Parking is on-street but we live on a quiet court with plenty of space.

Hi there! We are Dawn and Ben, and we are happy that you are interested in our space!
Dawn has been in Asheville over 20 years, though she spent a hefty portion of that time traveling the world. She's been working for a local bike shop the last 8 years, where she is still employed, and is also currently in school for Nursing. She loves being outside, running, and camping, but is most elated when she's on her mountian bike in the woods ripping along beautiful single track.
Ben moved to Asheville for the mountain biking 14 years ago. He worked in the bike industry for over 15 years. He now works as an off-road driving instructor for Land Rover on the Biltmore Estate. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his daughter Macy, wife Dawn, tinkering on his Classic Range Rover, and mountain biking.
