Nice studio with a large lanai and amazing ocean view! The only unit with this feature. Unit is equipped with a kitchenette, and small bath, Flat Screen Tv and Free Wifi. The dining set is on the lanai with a full sized refrigerator. (Max 1-2 people)

Per community house rules, all guests must register with the on-site resident manager or security. A photo copy of valid government issued identification is required for all guests in the unit.

All residents are required to sign-in their guests at the Security Desk in the main lobby for every visit. Guests are not permitted unescorted above the lobby level and may not be in possession/and or use of key set. Use of key set is reserved for the express use of residents only and may not be used to allow access to anyone other than the resident and guest.

In general, all guests are asked to be a good neighbor and to also comply with the following:
-Loud music or TV playback is generally not allowed.
-Trash chutes are located on all floors. Please adhere to posted signing. If you have items too large for the trash chute, please use the dumpster in the garage.
-All personal items (towels/ clothing) may never hang over or from a lanai ledge.
-Intoxicated behavior in any common area is prohibited.
-Upon check-out, please place all keys in the key drop in the door to the rear of our office to the right of the security desk in the lobby of Tower 1. Unaccounted for key sets will incur a $100 charge per set.

I would suggest this to anyone that doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg on a great little place close to everything! Nice patio with city and ocean view. Kitchenette with everything you would need to cook at home which is good because food is costly in hawaii. A+

This place was absolutely perfect for my stay as a solo traveller! There was plenty of room and it was great to have a large fridge, a kitchen and a big balcony with sun! Considering the cost of accomodation in Waikiki, thid apartment was excellent value for money. I would absolutely recommend this properly to those on a budget.

The room is compact, but what you need is complete and the bed was comfortable. The best view from lanai is wonderfully comfortable wind and eating lunch is the best. It is conveniently located near the beach, bus stop and shops. The staff was kind and answered my detailed questions quickly. I also want to use it. Thank you having me.

I arrived in Honolulu in the morning and although check-in wasn't until 3, I was able to check-in around 12:30pm. I needed to give them about an hour to get the room ready so I grabbed some yummy musubis from Musubi Cafe Iyasume. The person who checked me in was very friendly and professional and she walked me all the way up to the PH level where the room was located. She gave helpful tips for this first time Hawaii visitor and made sure I was able to log on to wifi before she left. The room is small (only fits the double bed and that's it!), it gets the job done and the ocean view is as described and pictured online from the lanai. The room itself feels a little dingy (and dorm-like), with old-painted walls. The bathroom has a toilet and bathtub/shower. The sink is outside where the "kitchen" area is. The shower curtains have that dirt/mold at the bottom and I found a (big toe) toenail clipping in one of the towels (disgusting!). I was grossed out by that. The refrigerator is out on the lanai and the A/C and wifi worked seamlessly. PROS: - warm customer service - close proximity to beaches and shops in Waikiki - ocean view lanai - A/C, wifi - safe! CONS: - dinginess of room - shower curtains should be replaced - toenail clipping in bath towel Wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't a nice hotel or AirBnB that was aesthetically/visually pleasing either!

We want your stay to be an enjoyable one and finding the right match for you is key. As a general guideline, there are many different types of buildings and hotel-type of arrangements. For those doing Hawaii on a budget, studios offer the best of both worlds providing a clean, private place to stay within walking distance to the BEACH at affordable prices (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities). For those looking for nicer or larger accommodations, then you should target $150/night off season to $250/night peak season (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities, building amenities, parking included). If you are looking for an Ocean-front experience, then target $350- $400/night and for a luxury experience, $500 to over $1000/night. Hawaii offers something for everyone at every price point!

Our vacation rental units are privately owned and managed. We offer an alternative to the hotel experience allowing our guests to “live like a local” in paradise whether be for a few days, a few weeks or a few months. Our units are well maintained, repaired when necessary and treated routinely with pest control services. We try not to interrupt our guests during their stay, and if the unexpected happens, we do our best to resolve it quickly with the least inconvenience to our guests. Upon arrival, we try to meet all our guests personally to register, check-in, and answer any questions. And if you’re running late don’t worry, we can make arrangements no matter the hour and register you in the office the next day.

We are there daily to assist and share this incredibly beautiful island, local eateries, activities and entertainment found in Waikiki and around the island.
