Другие важные подробности
There are no shops available in the locality. Guests are advised to purchase supplies before arriving in the area. Cell phone coverage is also limited but the Quarters do have WiFi and a landline phone is available at the homestead.
We expect guests to treat our accommodation with care and respect. We ask that they leave it in the condition that they found it. We also ask that guests do not smoke inside the buildings and we do not allow pets. Sorry no party groups hosted.
I share our wonderful property, Middle Rock, with my husband Bruce, my daughter Charlotte and her husband, Vince. Together we farm 7,000 sheep and run our farm touring and accommodation businesses. We are very fortunate to live only 1 hour's drive from Christchurch, in a locality surrounded by an abundance of recreational opportunities. Skiing in winter (same distance to 3 ski fields) and boating, fishing and walking opportunities all year round. We have spent a lifetime developing our various enterprises and now derive much pleasure sharing our wonderful locality with those who visit.
