In this spacious 150 sqm townhouse in "Ibiza" style, there is room for 8 guests. There are 4 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a guest toilet. The house was refurbished in 2014 and the main bathroom was completely renovated in 2016. It is part of an exclusive community (condo) with predominantly Spanish owners and visitors.
Inside the house, the galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave and DVD player are provided as well as a high speed WiFi connection.
New towels and bed linen are provided. Should it warm up a bit too much, the air conditioning on each floor can provide cooling.
The house is part of a very well maintained and quiet community around a 4000 sq. m garden with a large clover shaped pool with paddling pool. In the private backyard with sunshade you´ll find an outdoor gas grill and everything else to enjoy sunny days and long summer evenings Mediterranean style. The backyard offers access to the common area where you can furthermore enjoy the jeu de boules court, table tennis, playground and a basketball practice. All toys are provided. The property is completely closed off, so kids can run around freely.
In 300 meters -a 5 minute walk with children- you´ll get to the beach of "El Francàs". This long and peaceful fine sandy beach is 1150 meters long and 60 meters wide. It carries the Blue Flag for excellent water quality, safety and cleanliness. On the west side the beach is delimited by the modern marina. To the Northeast is the beach at Coma-Ruga. Within walking distance you´ll find lots of restaurants, little cafes and beach bars and plenty of entertainment options.

- The house is located in a quiet condo and guests are required to respect the rules of the condo, based on common sense.
- a barbecue is available. However, at busy times neighbours agree not to cause smoke and smell nuisance. In case of doubt, ask neighbours if its ok to light up the BBQ. There´s always the option to use the BBQ street side. Never use the BBQ indoors.
- Throughout the period in which the guest holds the keys of the house, he or she is responsible for everything that happens to the house and all its contents.
- Only the agreed number of guests are allowed on the property
- Although we encourage separation of waste by providing separate bins, it is not mandatory to do so.
- Please leave the house in the same state you found it (swept, all items in their original place). We clean thoroughly before any guest comes in.
