A 5 minute, straight walk to the beach this apartment is situated right in the heart of Dee Why. City transport is at your doorstop and supermarkets and coffee shops are across the road. Lift access and secure, undercover parking is available.


Spacious and modern, this unit has fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and relaxing balcony overlooking the park next door.

Full access to kitchen appliances, laundry, 55 inch tv.

Minimal interaction - I will meet you on arrival to give you an access card to my apartment.

It is close to everything!!

The bus stop is about two steps away from my apartment. There is also a taxi rank up the road.

Please be respectful of my neighbours and my belongings when staying at my house.

Check in: Check-in time is flexible. Please notify me at least one day prior to your check in day what time and by what mode of transport you will be arriving at the property. I will then work out the best way to exchange keys and work out a smooth check in.

Check out: Check out time is 10am. If you have a car you will need to use the security access card to exit the building and either give the keys to me on departure or leave them in my mailbox. If you do not have a car you can leave the key and access card in the apartment and then lock the door from the inside when leaving.

Keys: Access cards used in this apartment are provided by the owners corporation and only a select number are issued to each apartment. Loss of access cards or any key will result in $150 for the lost item. This is the cost to me to have these items re-issued.

Parties: Parties, loud gatherings, large gatherings or disruptive behaviour of any kind are absolutely prohibited. This behaviour will likely affect the relationship I have with neighbours and may affect my ability to host other guests in the future. You agree that, if you hold any type of party, or any loud gathering, in the apartment, even a small party, or a small loud gathering, you will immediately be evicted from the apartment without any entitlement to any refund of any amount paid in respect of your accommodation, including for any period after the date of your eviction.

Consideration of other tenants: In consideration of other tenants, you must not make excessive noise in the apartment or public areas.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. If you smoke in the apartment, you authorise us to deduct from your deposit, $75 to apply towards having the furnishings deodorised.

Exclusion of liability: I do not control the building in which my apartment is located. Accordingly, you agree I am in no way liable for any damage caused to you or your goods by a fault with the building, whether the damage is caused in the common area, or in the apartment.

Additional persons: Any additional persons occupying the property above the listed number on your booking are not permitted. If you wish to have another person stay with you during your reservation, you must notify me first.

Pets: Animals of any kind are not permitted. The security deposit will not be refunded upon evidence of pets occupying the premises.

Had a fantastic stay at Megan's apartment, it was very central to everything and felt very homely. Megan was very accommodating. Highly recommended

The unit is well-appointed and as-described. There was a misunderstanding about whether the apartment is air-conditioned. It is not. The are however ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom which keep the place comfortable as long as the humidity isn't too high. Indoor parking is a big plus. Nice neighborhood close to the beach and convenient to shopping and cafes. There is construction underway down the street but the disturbance is minimal. Shopping will be even better when it's done. All in all a good experience!

Great location. Loved the easy walk to the beach and proximity of shops and transport Great apartment. Was comfortable provided with everything. Megan was prompt and very helpful and welcoming.

I had a lovely time in Megan's delightful apartment. It was just right for me - the bed was very comfy - so were the 2 lovely sofas - all the cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils etc you could wish for. The apartment was also in a great location close to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants - 2 supermarkets a very short walk away and Liquorland opposite ! It was also a short walk to buses and taxis - there is also a security carspace which is a must in Dee Why. I really enjoyed the Foxtel too !!!! It is a little noisy but given the convenient position you would expect this. Megan was just perfect as a host - on call immediately if needed but gave me absolute privacy. Loved it !!!!!

I was given a good welcome in that Megan gave the key to my daughter the day before I arrived so that she could stock the fridge. That was great. The indoor parking and lift were appreciated as my suitcase was heavy. The apartment was light, clean and spacious. It was well equipped. The little outdoor area was excellent. The situation was perfect for me with a 10 minute walk to the beach and pool. Across the road there is Coles supermarket, Vambuca Market for lovely fresh produce. Taxi rank just nearby and a bus stop for Manly across the road, then ferry to Sydney. Pittwater Road not too far away (out of pollution and noise) buses north or south.

Megan greeted us and showed us her spacious, comfortable and well equipped flat.She left us with a bottle of wine,bread,milk etc and some flowers which was a nice (URL HIDDEN) was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by below. Huge tv with Foxtel, no Internet but this can be found locally at the many shops which are close by. Easy ten minute walk to the lovely beach and a couple of minutes to the bus stop to get to Manly or Sydney CBD. Only downsides are the noise from the nearby demolition site on weekdays but that can't last much longer, and early morning noise from Marys coffee shop setting up but we did adjust and shut the patio door! We would stay here again,thank you.
