The ensuite shower room is equipped with a WC, wash basin and electric towel dryer.
Car parking is available free in the layby in front of the property. The accommodation is completely independent with its own entrance hallway and stairs. An auto washer/ dryer is available for use free of charge by arrangement. The accommodation is for up to three people. The sofa bed in the lounge area will sleep a third guest. Not suitable for pets.
The apartment is completely independent and guests come and go as they please.

Once welcomed guests are free to pursue their own plans. The property owner lives at the property and is available much of the time to help if required.

Minimum stay is three nights . Property available for holiday rental from May to October . Property available from 4.00 Pm on arrival day and should be vacated by 10.30 Am on departure day. A week runs from Sunday to Saturday, Saturday being the change over day. A refundable £75.00 damage deposit may be payable on arrival.
Smoking in the property is not allowed . Guests are expected to behave in a reasonable manner , treat the property with respect and not to make excess noise or play TV or audio devises to loud.
