A peaceful creek-side studio in a redwood grove. Private entrance with a own bathroom & mini-kitchen
Hang out in the cozy room, in the private glen or go explore Henry Cowell Redwoods state park, Felton restaurants & tourist train. 20 min drive to ocean & Santa Cruz. close to Fall Creek State Park and Big Basin State Park. A good hub for Monterey, Carmel, Point Lobos and Big Sur. Close enough to San Francisco to make it a day trip.
Cozy studio with a super comfy bed, new bathroom, sitting area and kitchenette with table and two nice chairs. TV (for movies only but with a selection of movies), Microwave, hot plate, sauce pan and fry pan, toaster, coffeemaker, little frig. and a tea pot, dishes etc. Towels and shampoo too.
Very quiet and very private apartment. It's attached to the main house but on a separate level and feels like a cabin. It faces the forest and the main house faces the street.
Listen to the creek gurgle instead of traffic noise, with fresh air from the forest and a view of the little canyon.
County of Santa Cruz registration certificate #CO00185
There's space to hang out or picnic in the back yard - next to the creek and under the redwoods.
Would it be a true retreat without a hot tub? Don't think so. Enjoy the little Jacuzzi under a canopy of redwoods.

I'm a quiet guy and would like my guests to not be partiers (but there are a couple of great place a couple of minutes away in town to do that)
I've been living in Santa Cruz for over 30 years and love it here. I used to be in the restaurant business, the electronics business and worked for CASA (a non-profit).
I'm semi-retired now, doing a little teaching
I love to hike and be outdoors - do I live in the right place or what?
