It's very important that guests read all of the information in our listing and ask questions before booking.
While you stay with us, you have access to your bedroom, your own sitting room where you can watch TV and use of the family bathroom. Guests do not have access to the kitchen. Guest do not have a key.
In the sitting room there is a small fridge for you to put drinks and food; breakfast is not provided. We can put items in the microwave, washing machine and tumble drier on request
The train station is very close by and busses are easily accessible. If you are coming by public transport please plan your journey and trips well as public transport in the UK, outside of the main towns is not so regular, especially if you are travelling on Sundays, late in the evenings or on bank holidays.
If you are coming by car, please park on the road directly outside our front door. There is no need to park on the pavement.
Guests need to be home by 10:30pm
In the house, guests have access to their sitting room, their bedroom, their bathroom and access landing and stairs to the front door only.

If you need information about getting around, there are some maps and tourist information guides in your bedroom or you can log in to online maps via the wifi.
All of our rooms are separate to yours. If you need anything, just knock or shout and we will help wherever we can

Guests will not be given a key to the property. Please discuss with us your leaving / return times during your stay
No breakfast is offered but you can your own fridge and we can beat food in the microwave for you
Please remember that we work full time and may not be able to accommodate you after 9am or before 5pm between Monday and Friday. Please respect our working hours and ensure you are home by 10:00pm.
Check in and check out can be more flexible on the weekends, so please drop us a line to discuss before you book
No smoking is permitted in the house or grounds
In the interests of your safety and ours, please do not light candles within the house
If you've been out trudging up mountains, down valleys or pounding the shopping streets in the wet, please leave your shoes or boots down stairs on the mat or ask to have them put in the kitchen or outside to dry.
My husband and I are both busy professional as local government manager and web developer. We enjoy vegging out, eating out and a little bit of intellectual conversation.
