Located in North Oxford, the flat is ideally located for a walk to Port Meadow or the Oxford Canal. Access to central Oxford and the University is a short 10 min bike or bus ride away. Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds are a short drive or bus ride away and make for an ideal weekend getaway exploring this charming cluster of English villages.
The flat is conveniently located next to the ring road and the Woodstock road, 45 min from Heathrow Airport and under 5 min to Oxford Parkway and 10 min from the Oxford Rail Station. Access to central Oxford and the University is a short 10 min bike or bus ride away. The flat has a reserved parking space inside.
Guests can enjoy the private garden surrounding the flat including the garden furniture as well as communal areas in the apartment block including parking. Access to the block and is by means of keypad controlled gates, and entry to the flat is electronic. No key exchange is required.

As I only rent out my flat when I am away travelling, I very rarely interact personally with guests. I however make an effort to be in touch or at least reachable at all times in case guests require anything. The cleaner is always at guests disposal and in case of an emergency I am able to have friends help resolve the problem asap.

If you would like to check-in earlier or check-out at a later time please let me know and I will try to cater to your request (depending on the previous guests departure time and he next guests expected arrival).
The main bedroom has a king size bed whilst the guest bedroom has the option of the sofa bed that converts into a double bed and/or a king-size or standard inflatable mattress. Guests are encouraged to communicate before arrival what configuration if any they would like for the guest bedroom. The flat may not be appropriate for babies or small children.
If you require the other room then you must book for at least 3 people regardless of only two people staying individually in each room. The second bedroom will remain locked for reservations of two or fewer people.
GUESTS MUST READ THE HOUSE MANUAL BEFORE ARRIVAL AND FOLLOW ALL GUIDELINES.
PLEASE NO OUTSIDE SHOES INSIDE THE FLAT.
NO SMOKING ANYWHERE IN THE BUILDING COMPLEX INCLUDING THE GARDEN AND PUBLIC AREAS OUTSIDE.
NO OTHER GUESTS MAY BE BROUGHT INTO THE FLAT WITHOUT HOST APPROVAL.
NO GUESTS MAY SLEEP IN THE LIVING ROOM.
Gross breach of any of these terms will cancel the remaining nights without a refund.
