This cozy, beautiful, clean, 1-master bedroom/bathroom, 1-studio apartment with bathroom, is close to Silicon Valley, but feels like it's on another planet. It offers high-speed WiFi and an expansive private patio overhung with large oak trees.
The apartment is the lower level of our modern Mediterranean-style home and comes with off-street parking for one vehicle and a private entrance beneath huge oak trees. With three sets of French doors opening onto an expansive patio, you can bring the outside in.
Newly refurbished, the apartment can sleep up to 3 people and includes a foyer which separates the master bedroom suite from what we refer to as the "studio" suite.
The foyer includes:
•desk, chair, bookcase, and power strip to accommodate multiple plugs
•clothes washer, dryer and armoire
The master bedroom suite includes:
•new queen size bed, desk and chair, night stands, dresser, clothes rack, and entertainment console with HD TV
•private bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink, and storage
The “studio" suite includes:
•small kitchen with coffee pot, microwave oven, toaster oven, electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, plates, glasses, mugs, flatware, etc.
•dining table with four comfortable, upholstered chairs
•wall-mounted adjustable flat-screen HD TV
•new top-of-the-line fold-out couch that converts to a queen size bed; with no springs or steel bars, it is very comfortable for sleeping
•adjoining private bathroom with shower, tub, and storage
•Extra-large walk-in closet with space for storage
•All utilities (electicity, gas, water, trash, recycling etc.)
•All-cotton sheets, quilts, and towels
The apartment encompasses the lower level of our house (~1,000 sq. feet). We live in the upper level with our two dogs.
Guests have access to the apartment, patio with outdoor table and four chairs, and parking area. Everything can be accessed without use of stairs.

As we and our two dogs live in the upper level, you will be able to hear us moving around from time to time.
We ask that our guests please help us keep the apartment available for others by adhering to the following house rules:
•No smoking in or around the unit
•Wash and put away any dishes used prior to checkout
•Keep the apartment clean and clean up after yourself. Place trash and recycling in their proper places
•Report any problems or damage directly to Carey as soon as possible
•Keep music and/or noise level within reason to avoid disturbing the neighbors; please be quiet after 10pm
•Keep doors locked when you’re away from the apartment
•Refrain from having more than 4 guests in the unit at anytime (unless agreed to ahead of time)
