You won't find another space like this one! Open living and dining area plus room in the bedrooms to walk around plus private outdoor patio in elevator building. Apartment spans two entire floors, elevator access to both floors.
This apartment is truly like finding a unicorn in New York. Three REAL bedrooms each with their own shower and bathtub so there's no need to share! We say real bedrooms because many 3 bedroom properties advertised in NYC are lofts with partitioned rooms or no walls at all separating 'bedrooms'. Our apartment has 3 TRUE Bedrooms and 3 TRUE Bathrooms - all with real walls and doors.
The LES is the New York neighborhood to be in, whether you're a New Yorker or visitor who wants an authentic experience. Our street is surrounded by quiet art galleries but just one block away are loads of restaurants and bars. Also on our street, 2 blocks away is the historic Tenement Museum. Getting to both Brooklyn, Times Square, and Uptown is easy with the B, D, F, J, M lines within 3 blocks. Ten minute walk from Whole Foods, Soho, Little Italy, and Chinatown.
**A word of caution: Please think twice about booking with a host that has routine cancelations on their profile or a lack of reviews. We get last minute requests from guests who have had their bookings canceled or arrived to find out the property isn't at all as described or doesn't exist.**
EXTRA GUESTS BEYOND SIX
Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be traveling with a larger party than six so extra linens and accommodations can be made. Our place is much roomier than most in NYC. We can comfortably accommodate 8 full sized adults. After that, much depends on your comfort level in terms of private space. Please know that in advance when booking.

Airbnb adds fees to the price of the room, so please don't email asking for us to confirm the total price. Especially with foreign exchange rates, we have no idea what price is being shown as the total to our guests.
EARLY CHECK-INS and LATE CHECK-OUTS
Since the entire apt is rented to one party at a time, late check-outs and early check-ins can only be accommodated when there are no guests departing or arriving on the same day. We're more than happy to accommodate but if you must check-in early or check-out late, consider booking an extra day because we can not guarantee guests' ability to do so until the last minute.
We do change our artwork from time to time. Please don't get upset if your favorite piece is no longer there! Repeat guests have asked which is why we are posting this info.
Guests will have access to the entire apt. Kitchen appliances, washer/dryer with detergent, rain ponchos, umbrellas, toiletries.
Keys can be picked up or dropped off 24/7, all day, every day. No need to worry about flight delays, or super late arriving flight times.

When submitting your request, please have a photo, phone number and verifications on your profile, and tell us a little bit about you and your trip to NYC.
Absolutely no third party bookings. This means no bookings for anyone other than yourself and those you're traveling with. Guests attempting to check-in whose name does not match the person who made the booking will be denied access without refund. Bookings made for another person will be canceled. IDs may be requested and the guest may be called before their stay. In the event host can not reach the guest via phone to verify their booking and stay, host reserves the right to restrict access to the property until verification can be made.
TWO MOST IMPORTANT RULES
**No parties, loud noise, or extra guests unless previously discussed. Extra guests above and beyond the guest count shall be considered a violation of the hosting agreement.
**Please do not smoke in the apartment.. You may smoke on your private balcony but please pick up all cigarette butts and throw them in the trash can.
**Guests that violate these two rules will be asked to leave and forfeit the rest of the payment for their stay. Extra cleaning fees will be assessed if any signs of smoking or partying is detected or reported by building management.**
Checkout is promptly at 11 am unless arranged beforehand. Keys must be dropped off before then. Keys not dropped off or late checkouts without approval will incur a charge. We hate to do this but we can't have arriving guests coming to a dirty and unprepared house!
No shoes inside the apartment.
You have full access to the kitchen and appliances. Please feel free to store or eat anything you like in the fridge but replace anything you take and please throw out any perishables when you leave.

Originally from California by way of Virginia (odd we know), we now share our time between an amazing three bedroom and three bathroom apartment in a renovated historic building on the LES and a quaint Victorian double in New Orleans.
Our style is a mix of modern vintage eclectic luxe. We love the outdoors, good food with friends old and new, grabbing a glass of wine or sake in our neighborhood, and taking meandering bike rides.
