My quiet 575 square foot guest suite has a large bedroom with queen bed and TV, separate office with a twin hide-a-bed and TV, full bathroom and a separate efficiency kitchen stocked with essentials for a short stay. Although we share the same front entrance, you will feel like you have your own apartment. Enjoy the view of the hills from this new Tuscan style home, complete with a private patio to enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshments.
My house is built on a hillside so the first floor is on the street level and the second floor is downstairs. We share a common entrance on the first floor and you will enter your suite through a private door. I have a locked office on that floor but for the most part you will have the entire floor which includes the 2 bedrooms, a Jack and Jill bathroom between the bedrooms, and a separate efficiency kitchen. I spend most my time downstairs as that is the main part of the house and it has a separate door for my privacy.
The main bedroom is a large room that features a queen bed, walk-in closet, dresser, chair, night stands, Roku with cable TV and Netflix, DVD, iron and ironing board, and much more. You also have a private office with desk, Xbox/DVD and computer keyboard/mouse. There is a twin foldout couch if you need but please make sure to let me know in advance if you want to use it so I can prepare it. The separate kitchen provides you with a table and 2 chairs, mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric skillet, electric hot water kettle, mini crock pot and all necessary items for preparing breakfast, snacks or re-heating a meal.
My home is a peaceful retreat for me and I am happy to share it with you. I want you to enjoy your stay so please let me know of anything that isn't just perfect!
Although we share the same entrance, you will have complete privacy. I will arrange access prior to your arrival and you will have a key for in and out access 24x7. Please make sure to enjoy the views from your own personal patio outside your suite.
You can park on the street when you arrive or you can use the drive way but make sure to come in on an angle so you will not scrape the driveway and your car and park on the left side of the driveway.
Общение с гостями
Although I work from my home office on occasion, I am usually out and about! If you are looking for a tour guide or extra hand holding on your visit, I probably will not be physically here to help. There is a full guest manual with all the information about the suite, appliances, emergency numbers, first aide information, etc. Your privacy is respected and I will be available 24x7 via text, Facetime, or cell phone.

Upon arrival you will be greeting with a snack bowl. I provide you with coffee, tea, cream, and sugar as well as butter, jelly, brown sugar, and oatmeal. I do not have blackout shades as I like the light and views but do provide eye shades if you are a late sleeper!
Sorry, due to my allergies and the local coyotes, no pets (even service animals) are allowed. My home is on a hillside and in a high fire zone so please no smoking (of any kind) on the property or in the neighborhood.
Please no tennis shoes or shoes with heavy treads on the light carpet. I will provide shoe covers, flip-flops, slippers, or you can wear your socks.
Please place luggage on rack and not bed to avoid bug transfer. You will get your own key so you come and go but I charge $5 for lost key. No additional guests, parties, or visitors without permission. Please respect the house quiet time between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM on the weekdays.
For safety purposes, please make sure you have a profile picture, description of yourself, and verification with AirBnb before you book.
I have been in the Software Development world for over 30 years in various capacities and domains. Recently, I retired from a large Bio-Tech to start my own consulting company and to have more flexibility in my life. I live a very active and adventurous life, and have a wide range of interests. I am a private pilot with my own airplane and also love to cruise the back roads on motorcycle. These two things alone can keep me very busy, yet I am very active in my community and give back by being involved with several non-profit organizations.
