NOT making money! I'm paying $2.2K/month (rent+utilities). I'm moving out (new homeowner) and just want to avoid early termination fees. I'm unofficially passing my lease to anyone who can stay and enjoy the place until 28-Dec-2020ish without those formal one-year contracts.

I'll leave the furniture shown in the pics for your convenience + some dishware.

I'll be out of town so I need someone who commits to staying after Xmas. I'll be assisting you remotely to ensure you a nice experience.

In a great location and with premium amenities for outdoor lovers! The apartment is in excellent shape considering it is an old complex. On the 2nd floor, but there's an elevator (the 1st floor is the parking lot). The place is very quiet. Some amenities are closed until further notice due to COVID-19, but still many things to do. The only downside to me is that the complex has shared laundry rooms.

Strictly speaking, the main pool and the gym are accessible with reservation, but no guests are allowed at the moment.

Although I set the conditions of what my ideal tenant would be you can always ask for what works for you. I'll try to be flexible, but if my ideal tenant suddenly appears before we close the deal I'll go with my best interest.

You can enjoy a walk within the complex with a beach breeze and nice views... or you can go beyond and use the Back Bay trails just next to the complex... or walk through the stores of Fashion Island across the street. Rent a kayak or paddleboard in the Back Bay or just relax on the beach.
