First and foremost, we would like you to know that we truly value your comments/reviews and most of all for choosing to stay with us.
It is an absolute fact that we can not please everybody, that is the reason why we always check on reviews so we could improve our services and facilities. And so far, we have received mostly positive responses except for these recent posts.
I just can't help but notice that you all mentioned about the $200 USD utility deposit. May I just clarify that this was clearly stipulated on the website. This amount is refundable upon check-out and after thorough inspection. This, I believe is more appropriate than charging you a fixed amount because we charge your utilities based on actual consumption. Utilities, most especially electricity charges here in the Philippines are very expensive. And this was explained further to you before we closed our transaction. You accepted this condition so we confirmed your booking.
And each unit was only charged around Php (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) USD (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) which was deducted from the USD 200 utility deposit. The rest was returned to you in CASH.
My staff was there on time to assist you but the registration process is within the jurisdiction of the building administration for security purposes. But it does not take half an hour to complete this process.
As for the bed bugs, blood and the foul smell, we will look into these. I definitely would not want these, too. This is the FIRST time I have heard of these. You may check all previous comments.
Lastly, we do not operate like a hotel. Towels and toiletries are provided depending on the number of persons. Should you need more, all you have to do is ask but there will also be an extra charge.
Rest assured that we only want the best for all our guests and we will not do anything that will tarnish our reputation which we have worked so hard for.
