Ground floor flat with large, airy living/kitchen area, dining table in sunny bay window. Two twin bedrooms (one can be made into double but please advise at least one week before arrival). Bathroom. All linen & towels provided except beach towels. GCH, Garden shared with studio. Three night minimum. Off street parking.
Maximum 4 adults but a small child could be accommodated if guests provide cot.
Guests have access to free WiFi, an enclosed garden (shared with studio) with furniture in the summer and offstreet parking for 2 vehicles. We can store bicycles under cover of required.
The accommodation is in quiet location of the village, 1 mile from the beach and within walking distance of a wealth of shops including small supermarkets, butchers, fishmonger, bakery and 3 pubs serving food as well as a couple of small cafes.
We are close to Hunstanton, Sandringham, Holkham, Houghton, Burnham Market and the famous Norfolk Lavender emporium is in the village.
We have a 3 night minimum policy.
£75 pn is off peak price, contact owner for more specific seasonal pricing.

Orange House flat is generally a Friday - Friday changeover but we can be flexible depending on other bookings. Seven night minimum booking (Friday - Friday) from mid July to end August otherwise minimum three nights accepted.
No smoking on the property.
We only accept 7 night (Friday-Friday) bookings from mid July - end August.
Please treat the place as you would your own.
Favourite pastimes include ironing, cleaning and changing beds, oh yes and playing a bit of golf and tennis when time permits. Spend a lot of time gardening in the summer growing our own vegetables.
Love travelling, especially Far East and anywhere exotic.
