Before you book this apartment please read our description as follows. Base charges on website are for 1 or 2 people sharing 1 bedroom only. Please note, extra charges apply if you require 2 bedrooms. See House rules. Both are comfortable ensuite bedrooms with lovely garden outlook. Main has Queen bed with brand new ensuite and washing machine. Second has 2 singles/King. Spacious lounge, kitchenette and dining. Ground floor of family home. Completely private. Option to rent 1 or 2 rooms.
A great central location in Wollongong, yet peaceful and private. Close to hospital, CBD and public transport, including Free Bus to University , CBD and beach. Close to railway station.
Exclusive use of downstairs area, your own kitchenette sitting/ breakfast room and lounge room. Doorway over stairs for complete privacy. Private entry.

We greet guests upon arrival, show them around then leave them to relax and enjoy. We respect our guests privacy and do not intrude on their ground floor area during their stay. We provide helpful tourist information and guide to local sites and cafes etc.

Your own kitchenette with induction hot plates, fridge , microwave , toaster and electric jug . Tea , coffee , snacks provided. There is an information sheet in visitors book with guide to local cafes, medical services, transport , internet access. Also tourist brochures, local maps and local restaurant menus in top draw of dresser. Iron and ironing board , clothes rack, dustpan and broom under stairs. Gas heater in loungeroom provides instant heat. Feel free to access dvds in top right hand draw under tv for a good variety of movies etc. Books to read under TV cabinet. Please note we have a small dog, Leo, who lives upstairs with us but does not enter apartment area.
If 2 people wish to book a room each, please make a booking for 3 people, that is an extra $50 per night. Negotiable price for stays of 1 week or more. Our guests are expected to be considerate and tidy. Prefer shoes off in house. No loud noise or music after 10pm. Please empty garbage bin when full, general waste bin located out front, on garage roof. Bin liners in draw of dresser .Please leave kitchen area as you found it. Please strip linen on bed before leaving. No smoking in or around the apartment. Please be mindful to turn off lights/ fan/heater when leaving apartment . Street parking only.
I am a keen traveller and love the outdoors. My husband, Peter, and I were recently introduced to Air B&B whilst travelling in Europe and USA this year. We loved our experiences and are keen to reciprocate to fellow travellers. We live in a beautiful location in a great town. Close to the beach, 7 minutes by car or 30 minute walk. Also an easy drive to many beautiful locations in the Illawarra. We also love dining out in some great local cafes and restaurants. We are keen to share our tips with our guests.
