Located in the heart of downtown in the arts district, my bright studio apt provides the comforts of home with access to all things Phoenix. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants/bars, shopping, sports facilities, & the light rail. Perfect for Pro Bowl!
For me, location is everything, and this apartment has it. The movie theater, the baseball stadium, the neighborhood brewery—they're all within easy walking distance (a mile or less)! The majority of the small complex, which consists of 10 studios apartments, is occupied by visiting artists from all over the world that are hosted by Arizona State University (ASU) Art Museum as part of their international artist residency program. Roosevelt Row is an arts district, so galleries aren't hard to find, but can't top having one run by a world class institution right downstairs on the ground floor!

Guests will have access to a shared laundry facility, reserved onsite parking, and a public art gallery during its regular hours.

I'm a young professional who is passionate about travel, play, and the arts. I grew up in Salt Lake and spent some time in Pittsburgh before coming to Arizona. I live in downtown Phoenix in the arts district and spend my spare time going on day trips to hike or camp, trying out new restaurants, or just hanging around the house with a good movie or book.
I love the area and have become a sort of unofficial tour guide. I used to own an art gallery around the corner and served on the board of our neighborhood community organization for years so I know the neighborhood and people well. Half of the businesses and restaurants in the neighborhood joke that I should be an employee given all the time I hang around.
My awesome little studio apartment is within walking distance of pretty much everything I do: work, art galleries, bars and restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The light rail (a 5 min walk) can get me most anywhere else so I hardly ever have to use my car.
Travel is one of my passions and I'm constantly planning about my next trip (don't tell my boss, but I'm at work right now!) I haven't been out of the country much since my five month around the world trip when I was an undergrad besides a few jaunts to Mexico and Canada, but I love to leave my home base for adventures at any distance. Joshua Tree in California, Southern Utah, NYC, and the historic neighborhood of Benson in Omaha, NE (where one of my brother's lives) are some of my national favorites. I'm dying to go back to Europe and Asia, but I'm trying to exercise some patience until I'm able to go again.
