Completely independent, the room is like a small apartment (40 square meters) on the ground floor, with a nice bathroom.
Three colour wood parquet on the floor and an amazing trompe-l’oeil fresco painting on the ceiling. Some of the furniture is made by portuguese artists
You have wireless internet and a small refrigerator.
Three nights minimum rental.
It’s a family house, located in the heart of Lisbon, near Príncipe Real garden. A 1888 neo-classic building made by an italian architect, with a lovely façade all made out of limestone. The first owner was Eduardo Coelho, journalist and Diário de Notícias (newspaper) founder. After him came my family.
No parking, no TV.
The place his very close to Av. da Liberdade, Bairro Alto, Chiado, Bica, let’s say… almost close to everywhere
The house is a family house… so the rules are family house rules!!!
No extra guests
I live and work on the ground floor too.
I come from an artists family… For a long time I’ve been working freelancer. First in interior architecture and decoration. Then I decided to be a graphic designer… learn and work with the masters and after that become art director in book making for more then 20 years… and still. I've worked with tiles (azulejo) too, which is my main project now.
Don’t like TV…
Like music, books, movies, docs, theater, dance, exhibitions, concerts…
Like animals, wild animals, not in the house…
Like swimming, photography and I play a little guitar
…almost forgot… I love the sea and the river
I live alone, so I guess I was born to love Lisbon…
