Original home was built in 1946 with spacious rooms and great windows. The home was enlarged to a four bedroom three bath home, original hardwoods, renovated kitchen with stainless appliances, gas range, and designer lighting and fixtures. The renovations include an upper level with a 400 sq ft master suite with en suite bath, and wall mounted hi-def TV. The lower level includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, open concept living area with a large hi-def TV, ceiling fan, large kitchen with granite counters, large dining room and laundry room. With three king beds and one queen bed, the house can comfortable sleep 8 - 10 folks.
This is a large private home with lovely outdoor areas. There is a front porch with seating area, a romantic porch/balcony off the master bedroom with intimate dining set, and a back porch with seating area that steps down to a fenced patio area with wrought iron table and chairs and propane grill. There is another side yard with privacy fencing as well. The entire area is private for use with this home. There is a front driveway with two parking spaces plus street parking.

I have a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking in the house results in loss of $500 deposit. I do also have a rental agreement that outlines the "rules of the house". I do allow pets with my approval, no puppies! 25 years or older unless accompanied by parents. And, absolutely, no candles.
