The 1950's vintage cottage is located behind our mid-century modern home. A cobblestone path leads you from the end of our carport, past the turtle pond, to your own front door. If you'd like to feed the turtles, there is always food for them over the dryer in the laundry area.
For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available for your use in the carport. Detergent and other supplies are also supplied.
Parking is always available in front of the house in the shade of our towering tree-lined street.
We provide a selection of four bicycles for guest use. The Arizona Grand Canal bicycle path, located just two blocks away, provides miles of scenery as it crosses the valley. Helmets and other bike supplies are stored in the cottage. You'll find the keys on the bulletin board.
The picnic area in the backyard is available for your use. Seat cushions are in the storage box behind the grills on the south side of the house. The tabletop fireplace is available for s'mores as well. Please remember to turn off the gas when you are done.
