Laboratory artist lofty studio
A beautiful ensuite double bedroom is available in a big artist live/work space. The studio is in an old warehouse, with exposed brick walls and floorboards. The flat is on the 3rd floor and there is a lift in the building. The ensuite bathroom has a shower.
The room is 15sqm. It is a quiet room as it is at the back of the building, away from the main street. The room is beautiful with a double bed, a wardrobe with some hanging and an ensuite shower room. I would prefer single guests, but couples are welcome so please ask.
I use the studio to work (I'm an artist - photography and painting) during the day. Sometimes I stay overnight and sometimes I don't. I have another room where I sometimes sleep. The room is therefore best for guests who are going to be out and about during the day.
Also the studio space is constantly changing as I love moving things around to give it a different feel.
The whole studio is around 120sqm.

The studio is close to Old Street and the Arty East End, Shoreditch and Brick Lane as well as Liverpool Street with quick connections into Central London.
I've lived in London for 20 years, and in this area for 5 years. I'm originally from Germany. I'm an artist and did a Masters in Photography at Central Saint Martins.

The flat is a non-smokers flat, there is strictly no-smoking in the guest room, but in the Living area near the window, one can smoke, if the urges are strong.
I have no TV, however if wanted the Desktop computer in the kitchen area can be used as TV (and computer)
Guests should be aware, that I am also living/working in the studio.
No smoking in the bedroom - in the living area allowed to smoke near window. Otherwise it's a non-smoking flat.
