The Luas (tram) is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment offering excellent access to the city centre. There is a range of excellent shopping in Belarmine itself with an excellent supermarket just 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

The proximity to the city is matched with easy access to Wicklow 'The Garden of Ireland'. Enniskerry with Powerscourt Townhouse and Gardens is just 10 minutes away by car.

This vacation rental apartment has its own private entrance. It offers excellent self catering facilities for up to 4 people. The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a double room (king-sized bed) with ensuite shower-room. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds.

I am available for any questions you might have during your stay. I leave guests to their own devices but am on hand when needed.

This property is a duplex apartment. There is a family with young children living below so the space is not suitable for noise. While we don't want to spoil anyone's visit we do ask guests to respect the neighbours and to take care not to cause any disturbance to them.

Great townhouse in stepaside. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Luas and about 20 minutes to downtown Dublin. All in we had a great time. Thanks again Ian.

L'appartement de Ian est parfaitement conforme à ce qui est annoncé. C'est la localisation idéale, vous êtes à 15 min de voiture du centre ville! proches des transports et des premiers commerces. Ian et Laura sauront vous conseiller sur les activités à faire. Nous avons consacrer 2 jours à Dublin en lui même et avons découvert des endroits superbes et surprenants: le restaurant "the curch", le trinity college, .... nous sommes déçus de ne pas avoir pu visiter la prison, c'est un monument dont la visite se réserve sur le net des jours avant. Nous avons également fait le choix de louer une voiture et avons découvert de supers endroits aux alentours : drogeda, l'île d' Howth, .... Les bars sont biensur à faire et nous recommandons aussi d'assister à une course de lévrier! Ambiance garantie.

The apartment was exactly what we expected from the description and photos. Laura was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Our daughter was delighted by the bunk beds and the area was quiet and child friendly.

La casa era muy cómoda, pero la cisterna del baño hacia mucho ruido al usarse el baño. La casa tiene mucha luz y es un barrio muy tranquilo. Lo peor, es que esta muy alejado de Dublín, imprescindible alquilar coche.

Ian was only a text message away and accommodated our requests. Laura was there to assist and very, very helpful in being a main contact. A lovely unit with enough space for a family of 4. Very well situated with all amenities close by. Groceries, restaurant, laundromat as well as kids play area and many parks as well as Public transport all on your doorstep (bus stop 100 meters and LUAS/Train a 10 min walk). Close to M50 also and malls just over the motorway. Ideal as base to explore Dublin. Thanks Ian and Laura!

Easy going welcoming host! I enjoy meeting our guests and am happy to give guidance on where to go and visit. If I am not checking guests in myself I have deputies who are great (probably better at the process than I am in reality!)

The measure of any host is in the reviews received from guests so I urge any potential guests to check out the reviews to date which I hope will give a flavour as to how we operate. While not perfect I hope that you will get the general idea.

Started off with my own personal listings and then moved on and started working with others as a Property Manager for friends and colleagues.

Each property is treated equally and I aim to make sure that the properties are well maintained and presented. I continuously work on making improvements, where possible, to enhance each of the properties. I realise the importance guests attach to good accommodation standards and as a traveller myself I know what I like when I get to a rental property.
