The apartment is a nice size and centrally located off the main drag of Davos. The furniture is spartan (mostly IKEA), but fine. The main disappointment was the state of the apartment when we arrived; the place was an absolute mess. Dirty clothes and linens were piled high in the bathroom. The toilet had not been cleaned. The refrigerator was a mess and the floors had not been swept or washed in some time. We spent 3-4 hours cleaning before we could relax. We had a hard time reaching the host, who offered no help, but did offer to refund the cleaning charges and a night fee. We still have not received this but I will revise the review when we do. I understand that the prior tenants bare most of the blame, but really the turn over was unforgivable. This was my only vacation this year and it did not start well. Thankfully, once we were able to relax the rest of the vacation could be salvaged.

Timo's place served us very well during our stay in Davos. It's a very nice apartment, quiet neighborhood and great location... the balcony was super useful, it can serve as an additional room. It's a good idea to communicate before hand if the washer dryer are working and if guest cards can be provided.

Such a great and convenient place to stay in Davos! Brand new, fully equipped and has a lot of space including 20 square meters terrace. Both underground and outdoor parking. 1 minutes walk to Promenade, 5 minutes walk to Parsenn bahn. Thank you Timo!

Our family of 2+2 stayed at Timo's place for skiing holiday. Lovely appartment and good location , few minutes walk from the skibus stop, Parsenn lift one bus stop away. The appartment was clean, warm and well equipped. Alot of empty storage space for clothes, gear, skis etc. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Davos.

Yes I allready added described the exact address in the location part/page with a dot on the map. .This I did after the remark of first tenant. For some reason its not visible on (URL HIDDEN) web site? So now I added in the desription of the house itself :Address Horlauben strasse 2 C . But it is a bit confusing that ALDULA PARK is in fact located in between 2 streets and the appartment is accessed much more easily through JÖRG JENATSCH STRASSE. Where there is guest parking (green permit needed) available more or less in front of 2 C entrance . The official address and entrance to the garage( where you need a key or remote controller) is however HORLAUBEN 2 strasse .
