This Rental Agreement is a legally binding agreement made and entered into as of the Reservation Date written below by and between the undersigned person (s) or company ( the Guest) and the undersigned owner pursuant to which the guest has agreed to rent the residence described below ( the Property) for the duration of the Rental Term for the total rental fee and other good and valuable consideration as described herein.
No smoking is permitted on the premises or apartment or the use of drugs or any other illegal substance.
Place and store all refuse and garbage in properly covered bins or containers on the premises.
No pets or animals allowed in the premises or on the complex.
The air conditioning (AC) unit must be turned off when the windows are opened and/or when leaving the apartment.
To use the lease premises solely as a private residence and not to use or permit the premises to be used for the purpose of a sale by auction or any illegal, immoral or offensive purpose.
Not to permit any disturbance, noise or annoyance to the comfort and peace of the inhabitants in the immediate vicinity of the premises.
Tenants are fully responsible for the actions of visitors including any damages or actions in the apartment resulting from their visit.
Tenants shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
Tenants to exercise great care in utilizing furniture,utilities, electronics, appliances and all other contents in the apartment.
Tenants are not to use the apartment for parties or other social events/gatherings.
A maximum of four persons can inhabit the Property at any given time. All guests should be declared to the landlord.
The Landlord shall not be responsible for any damage to furniture, equipment, clothing or any belonging of the Tenant which may be damaged,destroyed or otherwise by fire , explosion, storm tempest or inevitable accident or any hurt injury or otherwise to the Tenant therein.
That the Tenant renting the premises and observing all the agreements therein contained may quietly possess and enjoy the premises during the tenancy without any unlawful interruption from the Landlord.
