Located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, classified seaside resort of the Emerald Coast, in the "residence des Rochers" just on the main beach with direct access to the beach by the stairs of the residence.

Apartment with Sea view :

Located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, classified seaside resort of the Emerald Coast, the third floor of the "Residence des Rochers" at the main beach with a direct beach access.

The apartment features are a large living room with large bed 160x200cm, a bathroom-WC (shower, sink), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, hotplates, refrigerator, coffee maker, cupboards).
A table with four chairs outside are provided for dining on the balcony.

The apartment has been thermally insulated in 2013 to ensure comfort at any time of the year.

From the balcony, panoramic view of the Great Beach of Saint-Cast, the island of Ebihens.

You can access to the beach directly by the residence, you just have to go down two floors !

Sheets and towels are not provided.

There is a free parking at 100m.

The tourist office (200m from the apartment) offers a wide variety of sports and cultural activities at attractive prices.

Markets several times a week, Place des Mielles (150 m) and the pedestrian street at night.

Season: concerts, street shows, free shows for young audiences.
Indoor swimming pool with heated sea water (400m), library, cinema (500m), nightclubs (2km) etc. .. 20km of coastal paths to explore. Around the corsair city of Saint-Malo, the medieval Dinan, Dinard, the lighthouse of Cape Freels, Fort Lalatte ...

Note that the regular bus (stops at the tourist office) St Cast connect to St Malo, Dinan, St Brieuc, Lamballe. Opportunity to go to Jersey from Saint-Malo.

Pets are allowed (prior arrangement with us).

Saint-Malo, Dinard management (Rance dam), follow signs Ploubalay, then Trégon Saint-Cast-le-Guildo.

1 - General Provisions
A descriptive statement of the chosen location, consistent with the provisions of the Ministerial Decree of 16 March 1967, must accompany the contract.

The tenant shall in no case remain in the premises at the end of the rental period provided in the contract unless agreed the apartment letting agent
Subletting is prohibited.

2 - Additional person
The furnished is designed for a maximum capacity allowed. To meet the demand of the tenant, the landlord may accept less person maximum capacity. Unless otherwise agreed with the landlord, the tenant shall in no case exceed the furnished performance defined in the contract. If exceeded, the owner is entitled to claim an additional benefit.

3 - Pets
Pets are not tolerated in the rental or outside, with the prior consent of the owner. Any tenant arriving with a pet while the owner specified in the contract that the animals were not accepted, will be denied access to the furnished or owner reserves the right to require the tenant an additional benefit.

4 - Inventory and Inventory
It was agreed that inventory observation of the leased premises will take place at taking possession and the last day of stay, contradictorily by the apartment letting tenant and furniture, utensils and other equipment.

6 - Security deposit or guarantee

7 - Interruption during stay
In case of interruption during the stay by the tenant and the apartment letting agent's responsibility is not engaged, iI will be no refund except for the security deposit. The inventory will be made the day of departure of the tenant, contradictorily furnished by the charter company and the tenant.

8 - Modifications by the customer
In case of late arrival, early departure, reducing the number of people compared to the initial registration, no refund will be made. The owner is not required to accept an unexpected person, it is entitled to claim an additional benefit.

9 - City tax
A tax is in force in the station, not included in the contract and perceived furnished directly by the renter.

10 - Insurance
It is agreed that the tenant has a holiday insurance as part of its liability.

11. Time of arrival and departure
The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday.
Key collection is made by real estate agency between 4pm and 6pm the Saturday of your arrival.
The keys will be returned at the inventory at 10am the saturday of your departure.

12 - Miscellaneous
Bed linen and home are not provided in the furnished, it is nevertheless possible to rent sheets by contacting us first.

13 - Disputes or claims
Any claim or dispute relating to a stay must be sent by registered mail to the Tourist Office which will attempt to the settlement, in the shortest possible time after the end of the service. Any dispute mentioned more than one month after the end of the stay will not be taken into consideration by the Tourist Office. A survey will be conducted with the apartment letting agent

On a vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Les pieds dans l'eau, la sieste au doux son des vagues, les commerces à 2 pas, des départs de ballade dès la porte d'entrée, la voiture sur le parking (visible du balcon) n'a pas bougé de la semaine. Le logement est sobre, propre et très fonctionnel. Bref un séjour formidable.

Parfait sur tous les plans .L'emplacement, le confort, même le parking au mois d'aout n'est pas un problème. Reste la météo bretonne...mais la plage est magnifique et l'eau à bonne température...

a georgeous view on the Sea and Sky, at night you can see the stars and listen to the sea ! The Interieur is very basic and simple, the huge beautiful window is letting in all the light - that makes it very charming. Alltogether It has a very good energy ! We had to check in one Day later, which was a Sunday, Anne the Lady who took care of the check-in was so friendly, to make it all possible - thank you Anne ! Saint-Cast is a very pretty little village with Restaurants and great places to visit, all near by ! It was a Pleasure, I would recommend a stay to friends and family - and I would definetely come back !

peu de logement peuvent offrir une telle vue, et le bruit des vagues pour s'endormir. studio spacieux et agréable.

Si vous cherchez un logement lumineux, bien aménager ou rien ne manque et avec vue et accès direct à la plage, Les commerces de proximité et restaurants sont à 2mn à pied. Pour ceux qui veulent un bon point de départ pour visiter, c'est idéal (Dinan, Dinar, Saint Malo, Cancale, Cap Fréhel...) Et ceux qui veulent garer la voiture et se reposer en faisant tout à pied, s'y retrouveront également. Bref, nous on a adoré !!! Le plaisir de ma fille chaque matin, ouvrir les rideaux et découvrir si c'est marée haute ou marée basse. On ne se lasse pas de la vue sublime et du soleil quasi toute la journée. Un délice... Et Victor, d'une disponibilité rare. Nous, on y retournera !
