The apartment has 2 bedrooms completely separated, living room with kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds, the second bedroom also has 2 single beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room with a bed of 140 cm.
1 WOODEN BABY CRIB with a mattress of 11 cms free (on request).
Each two single beds can be joined by zippers forming a double bed (on request).
The apartment has one balcony overlooking the street and two large windows to the emblematic courtyard.
There is the possibility of hiring underground parking 100 meters from the building for 19 € a day (see price for stays longer than three days in the parking).

We have an automated system to collect the key in the same building. The key will be activated at 15:00 hours on day of arrival.
The entrance to the apartment is from 15:00. Guests arriving before this time that communicate us in advance can keep the bags locked in our luggage room.
If wish to use the air conditioning and kitchen hob have to introduce one of the key-cards in the device for this purpose you will find next to the apartment door.

By law it is mandatory to show passport or identity of all persons over 16 and sign registration.

RENT PER SEASON WITH ADDITIONAL SERVICES.
Urban property rental per season to not use permanent housing is governed by Articles 3.2 and 4.3 of the Spanish Law of Urban Leases.
For stays less than two months shall be governed by the Andalusian Decree Housing for tourism.
In no event may any person to establish his habitual residence in the apartment.
The tenant consents to this contract since the reservation is accepted electronically. Confirms the consent in the moment of access to the building.
The tenant is responsible for the cost of repairing the damage caused in the apartment, the building or to thirds, by himself and by those who accompanied.
It is not allowed any animals in the apartment or in the building.
Tenants must not cause inconvenience to other users of the building. It is not allowed to have parties. Is not allowed entry bicycles into the apartment or into the building.
For security must be maintained closed the apartment door. For the safety of the building must be kept closed the iron gate; and the gate of the street outside the office hours.
For security reasons it has to disconnect the air conditioning or heating to leave the apartment.
The common areas of the building have a security service through video cameras recording images to contribute to the safety of users.
After the contracted period, the lessor can access the apartment and make use of it, and withdraw any property of the tenant or thirds aside.
Sevilla will be considered as the place of contract.
The Spanish version of this document takes precedence over the English version.
