Everything was as described. The pictures are accurate. We had more room than expected. Everything was very clean and tidy. Will stay with Mary again.

Ben, Let me start off by providing you with my sincerest apologies. It seems as though anything that could've gone wrong, did. I apologize for that. I will, of course, explain each of the issues, but I want to start off this response by telling you that you are right and I want to make this better. I'd love nothing more than a second chance to make this right and would like to host you again, at absolutely no charge, if you'd like to come back to Daytona Beach. Please let me know the next time you'd like to stay and I will accommodate you. One-by-one explanations: 1. I have several units in this building. Whenever someone books, we send out a pre-structured welcome message with all of the details needed for the guest's stay. The building changed the lockbox codes. I was properly informed, but I didn't change the pre-structured response. This is my fault. 2. Phone Number - I hired a condo care service to take care of guests while they are there. The phone number is supposed to forward to them, but wasn't working. You can't text it, but you can call. I have spent hours on the phone today trying to fix this. Again, this is not your fault. It's mine. It is being addressed. 3. I do own the units but the condo care service handles the day-to-day operational needs. We never received any messages from you. Again, not your fault. We have adjusted the welcome package message to include a direct line to the condo care service so that guests are appropriately taken care of. 4. The toilet has never been brought to our attention. This has now been addressed. Again, the purpose in my investing in this service is to have them tend to every guest's needs. While the phone number is placed in the room, it should have been placed in the welcome message at booking. If you had that number, they would have sent someone out to take care of the toilet right away. Again, this has now been addressed. In summary, all of these items have now been addressed and I hope you'll accept my offer to come back along with my sincerest apologies. Your next experience will be much more pleasant than your first. Warmest Regards, Mary
