Hi, I'm your host and cook at La Confluencia Lodge. I was raised on a dairy farm in Buenos Aires Province and have cooked my way throughout New Zealand, S.E. Asia, Canada and Europe. My summer home for the past 3 years has been here in Patagonia where I've developed my own style of Argentine farm-to-table country cuisine. When I stumbled on La Confluencia I knew I'd found my home: spacious country kitchen where guests can join me while I prepare meals, extensive organic gardens, range fed animals, unlimited hiking and white water kayaking right out the backdoor... If you're down my way, drop in...for a day or a week, i promise you the very best traditional Argentine hospitality.
"En La Confluencia, cuanto más locales y artesanales sean nuestras comidas más orgullosos nos sentimos al servirlas a nuestros comensales"
"When it comes to preparing healthy meals, don't go too far from the farm, and you won't go too far wrong."
