A local city tourist tax of 2,48 euro per person per night will have to be paid upon arrival. This is charged over a maximum of 7 days and does not apply to guests aged 16 and under.
Please note there is a 30 euros late checkin fee for arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00 and 50 euros for arrival after midnight.

Upon arrival at the airport or train station, please call us once you have collected your luggage.
When coming by car, please confirm your estimate arrival time the day prior to your arrival by email or phone and call us approximate 45 minutes before you expect to arrive.
A member of our team will then go to your apartment to welcome you.
In case we have other guests checking out on your departure day, the apartment will be cleaned and prepared for you in the morning and is ready to check-in around 14.00 (or earlier in case of an early morning check-out). You can store your luggage in our offices from 08.00 AM if necessary.
In case we don't have other guests checking out on your arrival day, we will have the apartment cleaned and prepared for you the day prior to your arrival and you can check-in from 08.00 AM.
Normally checkout time is 10:00 AM. If no new guests are expected to arrive on the same day, we can arrange a more convenient time for check out.
The tenant is obliged to leave the apartment on the time agreed upon. When breaching the agreement the tenant is liable to a fine of 350 euros per day.
On departure, the apartment should be in a generally clean condition.
Damages done to the apartment's contents as a result of deliberate, criminal or reckless behavior, such as breakages or an especially dirty condition, will be forfeited to the client. The amount shall be established by determining the replacement value of each object so it can be returned to the exact state it was in before the incident occurred.
DestinationBCN reserves the right to charge the credit card submitted to cover the damage caused.
Guests are not permitted to host parties in the apartment or in the adjacent communal areas.
No music can be played after 10:00 PM.
In the event of excessive noise nuisance, DestinationBCN maintains the right to evict the tenant(s) without refunding the rental fee.
Pets are not allowed.
