Cosy room in 80 m ² flat with big, comfy living room, roomy kitchen, bathroom with bath tub, washing machine, WiFi, 2 toilets. Right in the center of Paris, close to everything.
The room to rent is situated in a charming apartment in the very center of Paris, close to everything. You can either just hang out in our comfy, huge living room that is even equipped with a fireplace, or take a step out of our apartment and find yourself surrounded by several of Paris' most famous spots, like the Centre Georges Pompidou, Les Halles or the Louvre.
The apartment consists of 3 privat rooms meaning that the two other rooms are inhabited by my wonderful housemates Céline and Denis who are both in their 30s.
The room to rent has approx. 10 m², is equipped with a queen-size bed, a desk and some book-shelves.
Due to our apartment-policies, the room can only be rent by one single person (I'm sorry, dear couples).
As our guest, you have access to all the facilities in our apartment, which is equipped with a washing-machine, a kitchen with all cooking devices you can imagine, wifi of course etc. If you want to use our telephone, please ask one of the housemates first.
Общение с гостями
As I already mentioned, my two housemates are really nice persons and they are always happy to get to know new people. So feel free to have some interesting conversations with them, cook something together or even go for a beer together in one of the bars closeby.
Другие важные подробности
As I already mentioned, this room is only for one single person and not couples.
My housemates are really open-minded and wonderful people. They are very respectful and open for new encounters. So please be respectful too, also of the room you are renting. If you should break something please tell my housemates and myself as well.
And it is not allowed to smoke in our apartment.
Hi to everyone,
I'm new on Airbnb and I like its concept of getting in touch with new people. I currently live in Paris where I work as a foreign languages assistant at university. And I have to say that I enjoy the fact of experiencing a new city from time to time.
As most of you know, Paris isn't a cheap place to live in or to stay at, so I want to give people the opportunity to find a place to stay that doesn't cost them fortune.
As a guest, I am always looking forward to meeting new people and I do my best to treat them and their place with the uttermost respect.
