We offer you a spacious and luminous holiday flat with a view over Lagos bay (Meia-Praia). Located 15 minutes away by foot from D. Ana beach and a stone's throw away (7 minutes walking) to the historical centre.
- Our flat has two rooms with double beds, two bathrooms, one kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking and one living room
common (living room and dining room) .
- The apartment comfortably accommodates four people. But, in case of need it could accommodate a fifth person since it has a folding mattress.
- The living room leads to the terrace making an ideal combination for indulging yourself in long meals. From the terrace you can enjoy the sunset with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
Guests have access to all the house and equipment:
- Two bedrooms
- Dining and lounge area
- Equipped kitchen
- Two bathrooms (one is equipped with a bathtub the other is equipped with a shower)
- Cable TV with 50 chanels

- When handing you the key we all also give you an extra mobile phone number available for you to call in case something goes wrong. There is a dossier in the living room with some information you may need such as important phone numbers, internet, our restaurants and bar suggestions and some points of interest.

1. Location and accessibility:
a) The flat is located on the eight floor (with two lifts) .
b) It takes about 7-12 min to go by foot from the apartment to the city center. It takes about 3 min walking to the "Intermarché"
c) As the apartment is not located exactly in the city center will provide the serenity you need when you want to watch the sunset sun on the balcony or to contemplate a starry night.
d) Free unlimited internet access is 2 minutes away, in Café Sul.
2. Car parking: the building has two private outdoor car parking, free. One is located in front the building, on the left side, the other is behind the building.
3. There are not beach towels in the apartment. However, if you need these towels (for the beach), please tell me, so I can try to provide them for you.
4. For every bedlinen change during the stay: 20 euros.
For every bedlinen change and general house cleaning: 50 euros.
5. The kitchen is fully equipped with what you need for cooking.
- The kitchen has gas stove and gas heated water with proper safety ventilation.
6. Apartment area: Total area is 90m2 (not counting the balcony).
