14.The apartment is not as an hotel. Please understand there are no concierge services, daily cleaning, room service,etc as there is in hotels.
15.Keep the apartment clean.
16.Do not dye hair in the bathroom.
17.If the guest loses the key, she / he will be responsible for paying the KEY AND LOCK replacement cost. Expect the cost to be from USD200 to USD400.
18.Do not have anything shipped to the apartment.
